Annual Meeting of the Membership and 2022 Elections

We will be holding the Annual Meeting of the Membership on Saturday, December 4, 2021, at 11:00am.

The meeting will be held entirely online and is open to the public. Voting is open to Altonimbus Members (Kumoricon staff).

The meeting will be streamed on two platforms—Kumoricon's Twitch channel, and Kumoricon's public Discord server. Both are open to the public. Viewing on Discord requires a Discord account and joining our server, and Twitch does not require an account.

Elections will be held for the following positions:

• Chair/President
• Director of Infrastructure
• Director of Membership
• Director of Operations
• Director of Programming
• Director of Publicity
• Director of Relations

As with previous elections, we will be holding online nominations and Q&A prior to the meeting. Full instructions for online nominations and Q&A, and other election procedures such as proxy voting, will be listed on our Meetings page when online nominations open in the days after the convention.

The board of directors has authorized, under ORS 65.205, member participation by remote communication for this meeting. Full instructions for officially participating using Twitch or Discord are available at our Meetings page.
