The first General Meeting for Kumoricon 2016 will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2016, at:

Meetings are open to the public and are a great way to sign up for staff or become involved with the convention.

There are a few extra things to note for this meeting:

After the meeting (which is open to the public), there will be a staff kickoff party (which is open to 2015 or 2016 staff). The party will be at the same location. Staff, please RSVP if you plan to attend the party.
There will be a bylaws amendment presented to the members for a vote. (Explanation was emailed to members, or see here for details – staff forum login required; email secretary@kumoricon.org for assistance.)
Kumoricon 2016 staff registration will officially open on the date of this meeting—January 9—for both in-person and online registrations. This begins the 2016 membership term of Altonimbus Entertainment.
