Kumoricon at Keep Portland Weird Festival

Kumoricon will be participating in the Keep Portland Weird! festival at the Portland Central Library on Saturday, Nov. 14. The festival runs from 12noon to 4pm.

Activities include cat-ear making. Cosplay is encouraged!
