Registration Action Request

Thank you for pre-registering for Kumoricon 2020. All registrations have automatically transferred to Kumoricon 2021, which will be held on November 5-7, 2021.

As a token of appreciation:

  • Attendees who registered prior to the postponement announcement will receive a Ghost Neko sticker at the convention.
  • Attendees who pre-registered prior to the postponement announcement at the $55 price will automatically receive a $5 refund to the original method of payment in order to reflect the $50 pricing in effect after the announcement. Those eligible for the $5 refund do not need to take any action to receive it.

If you are unable to attend on the new dates, you may request a full refund, or a transfer of your registration to another person, by August 16, 2020.

If you cannot attend, you may also consider donating your registration to our organization. In appreciation, you will receive a "Heart of Gold" Ghost Neko collectible pin. The pin will be available for pick-up at Kumoricon 2021 (no badge required to pick up), with other pick-up options to be determined as the event approaches. Altonimbus Entertainment, an Oregon-registered nonprofit, is an independent, all-volunteer organization with no recurring source of funding other than Kumoricon registrations and KumoriMarket tables. Our income, and the work of our all-volunteer staff, are what allow us to put on Kumoricon each year.

The option to transfer, request a refund, or receive a pin for your donation are available for pre-registrations received prior to our postponement announcement on July 17, 2020.

If you have questions about this process, please email us at registration@kumoricon.org and we'll be happy to assist.
