Cosplay Meetup Trial Program 2025

One of the biggest requests we’ve received is for designated spaces for Cosplay Meetups. In the past, space was limited, but we recently secured a small location to run a trial program for meetups at the convention. This trial will allow us to gather logistical and general feedback to determine if this approach is viable for the future.
If approved, your meetup will appear in the Guidebook App and have a 90-minute reserved slot.
Important details:
- First come, first served—please double-check your requested time, as changes aren’t possible after approval.
- Only one slot per meetup (multiple submissions will be denied).
- A waitlist is available in the case of a cancelation.
- You’ll be responsible for leading and promoting your own meetup (the convention will only list it in the app).
