Kumoricon 2011 takes over downtown Vancouver, spanning two prominent hotels in the area: The Hilton Vancouver Washington and the Red Lion Hotel Vancouver at the Quay. With ample meeting space and the beautiful Esther Short Park located just across the street from the main convention area, Vancouver, Washington has opened its doors and hearts to anime fans for Labor Day weekend! Our two hotels are located a short, 3- to 5-minute walk apart.

Kumoricon’s primary hotel for 2011 is the Hilton Vancouver Washington, located in the heart of downtown.

Kumoricon room rates per night (not including tax):

• Single Rate: $114.00
• Double Rate: $114.00

How to reserve a room at the Hilton via the Internet:

1. Click here for the Kumoricon 2011 Hilton Vancouver Washington reservation site.
2. Click “Book a Room”.
3. Enter the dates, number of rooms, number of guests, and other choices for your reservation, and then click “Continue”. You will automatically receive the Kumoricon rate when using this process; you don’t need to enter a code.
4. Choose from the available reservation types, and then click “Continue”.
5. On the next page, fill out guest, contact, and payment details, and review the rest of the information. Complete your reservation by clicking “Book Now”.

Red Lion Hotel Vancouver at the Quay

Kumoricon just cannot be contained in one hotel! Using the convention facilities of the Red Lion provides additional space and alternative lodging for all our guests.

• Two Queens or Single King: $99.95
• Riverfront Two Queens or Single King: $109.95

How to reserve a room at the Red Lion via the Internet:

1. Click here to search the Red Lion for rooms at the Kumoricon 2011 discounted rates.
2. When your search begins, your reservation is set to begin on September 2 with checkout on September 5 (three nights). You can change the start and end dates if you wish. Please set the dates to your liking by clicking the calendar icon next to the “Check-in” and “Check-out” fields.
3. Your reservation is initially set to 1 adult. Please click “Change Guests” and set the number of adults and children in the room.
4. If you changed the check-in date, check-out date, or number of people in the room, click “Check availability” to update the search.
5. Select the room type and rate, and click “Show rates per day” or “Book it!” to continue.

Parking

Red Lion parking lot is for Red Lion guests only: The Red Lion parking lot will be patrolled during the convention weekend and is only allowed to be used by guests staying at the Red Lion.

Metered street parking: Free on weekends, free on Labor Day. Overnight parking is allowed as long as the vehicle is parked legally.
Rates, policies, and payment

Park ‘n Go at 6th and Columbia (#18): Day parking. Overnight permits may be purchased from the Hilton. If you park overnight, make sure to return in the morning to add parking time to the meter for the next day. The gate closes at midnight, so cars cannot enter or exit during the night. If you need car access during the night, the Hilton concierge can let you in. There are 750 spaces.
Hours, rates, and payment

West Coast Bank Park ‘n Go (#5): Right off of I-5. Overnight parking. Free on weekends and Labor Day. There are 233 spaces.
Information

Riverview Tower Garage (#10): Please make sure not to park in spaces marked reserved.

Street Parking North of Evergreen Blvd: There should be plenty of parking available. As with the metered parking, it is free on weekends, and free on Labor Day. Overnight parking is allowed as long as the vehicle is parked legally.
