Kumoricon 2012 takes over downtown Vancouver, spanning two prominent hotels in the area: The Hilton Vancouver Washington and the Red Lion Hotel Vancouver at the Quay. With ample meeting space and the beautiful Esther Short Park located just across the street from the main convention area, Vancouver, Washington has opened its doors and hearts to anime fans for Labor Day weekend! Our two hotels are located a short, 3- to 5-minute walk apart.

Kumoricon’s primary hotel for 2012 is the Hilton Vancouver Washington, located in the heart of downtown.

Kumoricon room rates at the Hilton per night (not including tax):

• Room Occupancy 1 to 2, One King Bed: $114.00
• Room Occupancy 1 to 2, Two Double Beds: $114.00
• Room Occupancy 3 to 4, One King Bed: $134.00
• Room Occupancy 3 to 4, Two Double Beds: $134.00

Please note that there is a $50 fee for early departure. Please confirm your check-out date at the time you check in. If you need to change the length of your reservation, please inform the Hilton of your updated check-out date at or before the time that you check in to avoid an early departure fee.

How to reserve a room at the Hilton via the Internet:

1. Click here for the Kumoricon 2012 Hilton Vancouver Washington reservation site.
2. Click “Book a Room”.
3. Enter the dates, number of rooms, number of guests, and other choices for your reservation, and then click “Continue”. You will automatically receive the Kumoricon rate when using this process; you don’t need to enter a code.
4. Choose from the available reservation types, and then click “Continue”.
5. On the next page, fill out guest, contact, and payment details, and review the rest of the information. Complete your reservation by clicking “Book Now”.

How to reserve a room at the Hilton via phone:

1. Call the Front Desk at 360-993-4500.
2. Be sure to mention “Kumoricon 2012″ when making your reservation to ensure special rates.

Rooms are based on availability and require a credit card to guarantee. Any ADA needs or requests should be addressed when booking your room with the hotel.

Red Lion Hotel Vancouver at the Quay

Kumoricon just cannot be contained in one hotel! Using the convention facilities of the Red Lion provides additional space and alternative lodging for all our guests.

Kumoricon room rates at the Red Lion per night (not including tax):

• Single Queen: $89.95
• Two Queens or Single King: $99.95

Please remember to include applicable taxes and fees in your budgeting, as Washington does have sales tax!

How to reserve a room at the Red Lion via the Internet:

1. Click here to search the Red Lion for rooms at the Kumoricon 2012 discounted rates.
2. When your search begins, your reservation is set to begin on Friday, August 31 with checkout on Monday, September 3 (three nights). You can change the start and end dates if you wish. Please set the dates to your liking by clicking the calendar icon next to the “Check-in” and “Check-out” fields.
3. Your reservation is initially set to 1 adult. Please click “Change Guests” and set the number of adults and children in the room.
4. If you changed the check-in date, check-out date, or number of people in the room, click “Check availability” to update the search.
5. Select the room type and rate, and click “Show rates per day” or “Book it!” to continue.

How to reserve a room at the Red Lion via phone:

1. Call the Front Desk at 360-694-8341.

Shuttle

There will be a shuttle making hourly trips between the Hilton and the Red Lion during the day. Between the following times each day, the shuttle will depart the Red Lion toward the Hilton at 15 minutes after the hour, and depart the Hilton toward the Red Lion at 25 minutes after the hour:

• Friday: 3:15pm-7:25pm
• Saturday: 9:15am-7:25pm
• Sunday: 9:15am-7:25pm
• Monday: 9:15am-4:25pm
