Most documents on this page are PDF files requiring Adobe Reader. All downloadable files are marked with their file type.
Many of these PDF files are forms which can be filled out using Adobe Reader. You can print the finished form and either send it by postal mail or scan it and email it. Please note that you cannot save a filled form as a file using Adobe Reader. If you are using Adobe Reader version 6 or earlier, you can still print the forms, but you cannot click “Print Form”; you must instead select “Print” from the “File” menu.
Registration, Staff, and Organizational
Attendee Registration Forms
Pre-registration is now closed. Mail-in registrations postmarked after August 15 will not be accepted. Registrations for the entire weekend or single days will be available at the door.
Parent Permission Form [fillable PDF] – Required to enter if you are from age 13 to 17. Please fill in the fields, print, have a parent sign, and include with your mail-in registration, or bring it with you to the convention if you registered online or are planning to register at the door. Please note that minors age 12 and under must be accompanied at all times by an adult paid attendee.
Staff Registration Form
Those intending on registering as staff only need to fill out the staff registration form (not the attendee form also). If you have already pre-registered as an attendee, you can change from an attendee to staff if you decide to become staff later and are approved, but there is no refund for the difference due to the reduced staff rate. In that case, your attendee registration fee will cover the staff dues.
Staff Registration Form [fillable PDF] – If you have been in contact with your director or manager and after you have received director approval for a staff position, please fill in the fields and print this form, and bring it to a meeting or otherwise deliver to your director. The director must initial the form. Please pay the $10 staff membership dues by cash, check, or money order at a meeting, or arrange for the payment outside the meeting (please do not send payment without arranging first).
Kumoricon Policies [web page] – For all attendees and people at the convention. This is subject to change until the convention. The final version of the policies will be included in the con bag or in the program book.
Staff Member Policies [web page] – Additional policies pertaining to staff.
Altonimbus Entertainment is the organization that produces Kumoricon.
Bylaws [web page] – This document is the bylaws for Altonimbus Entertainment.
Organizational Charts [web page] – These charts show the structure of all members of the Altonimbus board and Kumoricon staff. The departments charts are for the 2007 year and will be updated for 2008.

Programming and Operations
Event/Panel Form [fillable PDF] – This form allows you to sign up to run a panel or event at the convention. Our schedules are built on these forms, so they are mandatory for all persons running a panel. This form is due no later than June 15, 2008. If there is limited space in the schedule, then panels are assigned based on the order that complete forms are submitted.
Budget Request Form [fillable PDF] – If you will require funds for your panel or event, you will need to fill out the Budget Request Form in addition to the Event/Panel Form. If you do not, you will not receive reimbursement. This form is due no later than June 15, 2008.
