so can you change the time for KH panel on day 1, to 12:30pm! meet at esther short park (move elsewhere, will come back @1pm)

so it should read something like this:
Kingdom Hearts (all Disney welcomed!)- 12:30pm meet at Esther Short Park (will move elsewhere) 1pm (move back to park)

Kori123: I don't want to belabor this, but it looks like you've scheduled the OP and AtLA shoots for the same location at the same time. Since the Avatar shoot was scheduled a while ago, I would appreciate it if you found somewhere else to do the OP pictures.

For the disney cosplay, is that still the time we are doing the photoshoot? And how long do we think itll be? Cuuuz i wanna be there, but David Vincent is doing autographs at 530 that day and I really really really want to be there.

Okay. See that's the stream/wadding pool I was talking about. There's also the Fountain tower right in front of the entrance. I thought you were doing it there. Then we'll just go there instead.

You know, i found another really cool place for some photoshoots if you want a fountain. Its just across the street from that little wading pool on the other side of the apartments

Yea! Its where the old bus depot used to be. its a bronze fountain, and looks kinda steampunk ish. Its on the other side of the apartments that are on the left side of the wading pool thing.

Hey guys, I'll be printing these out Thursday night. If anything needs to be added, changed, etc. please do so by then. Any shoots that are still TBA on time will be taken off; the ones that are TBA for location will just meet at the park entrance, you can move if you need to but I'll just put that since the majority are there anyway and it's something open to find others.

Ok, looks like I'm just gonna make a shoot for Resident evil (silent hill can come too if they don't have one). 4:30pm seems open at Ester park, so I guess that will do. Slightly darker lighting will maybe suit the theme more

Okay, I hope I'm not stepping on any toes here, because it wasn't me who originally was running the thread for Touhou, but there's been no mention of a time being picked for the shoot, and we're going to hit the deadline soon. So I'll take the liberty of setting one, because I want this to happen!

So please put Touhou Project in the schedule, Sunday/Day 2, 1pm, Esther Short Park at the clock tower.

Uhhh it's a bit early for that, don't you think? Typically photoshoot schedule threads don't show up til June at the earliest.
