I'll be trying to get multiple people to cosplay from the Eureka Seven Series. If everything works out I might have about 4 to 5 people from Eureka Seven there.

I'll be cosplaying Renton Thurston with his ref board. The prop can handle my weight so I'll be posing on it.
There'll probably be a tanned Eureka with me as well. So you could get some very good intimate shots of RxE.
Here's my DA to see some examples of the pictures.

For the FF shoot, Esther Short Park (the one right across from the Hilton) comes to mind as my number one choice as location. That is if it isn't crowded out by other shoots, which shouldn't be a problem if we time things well. I suppose waiting to see what time the other shoots are happening is the best thing to do right now.

^yeah i was about to suggest what people at Sakuracon did. just go with shoots one hour per shoot, and when that group chooses their time, the rest can go around the ones that have already made their decision. also i'll look around google maps and see if there are other locations in the area of the two hotels. there might be some smaller ones, for the smaller groups or for private shoot people want to do, since we know there are some groups of only 2 or 3

I haven't been there either. On google maps it shows Esther Short Park across from the Red Lion but I don't know about any park between the two. I might have to take a field trip down there sometime and scout the area. For now I'll put you down for there but if you find anything else out let me know.

that's the park, that's "in between" doesn't mean it is right next to both of them. it was what some people who went there back a few years ago that described the location.

It would probably be good to not have ANY cosplay photoshoots there. Almost all of them tend to get a little...wild at times and that may offend some people...

Usually with con photoshoots, the only reason we do it is for fans to get a chance to take pictures, and for the cosplayers to get some pictures if they want. Unless you're doing a private shoot or the group is small enough, you usually can't get those kind of photos.

It's good to know stuff like that, especially when posing for con goers who want pictures. But these photoshoots are usually just for fun and a chance to meet all the other cosplayers from the same series ^^

Right. From what I've seen most of the shoots at con are more like mini-meet-ups where pictures happen to be taken. It's not a big professional thing unless it's private.

They are both at Esther park. And it doesn't matter if there are multiple groups there, its a BIG park you could easily get 5 or 6 big groups there at the same time in different places.

Someone politely brought up thet that WW2 mural probably shouldn't be used for any photoshoots at all, not just Hetalia. Altonimbus does not have jurisdiction outside the hotels, but it's still bad publicity juju for the con. Thanks guys.

You just go to where the photo shoot is on the time and day it's scheduled for and get pictures with other people from that same show/game/movie/etc.

If you want a map, here's one. I cut off the sidewalk between the hotels on accident, but it's the rightmost part of the image. Where the 'Meet Here' text is, is the start of the park. c: Like others have said, it's really easy to find.

Yay! I did something good for once lol i was also thinking. On friday the have this teen gang out thing at the library from 3 to 5. BUT! if that doesnt work, the lady in the teen room did say that we could use the teen room for photoshoots and if we need anything that has to be set up like backgrounds or curtins, they just have to be small and easy to put up or take down. Just saying people, Kori doesn't decide when the photoshoots are. People in the designated threads have been planning and then tell Kori so she can post it for all to see. So asking her to make room and when should you have a certain shoot wont do you any good. You need to figure it out either on your own or with the other peeps of the group.
