It will be on either Day 1 or 2 not sure what time yet, trying to wait for schedule. We will meet in lobby of the Red Lion then maybe move somewhere else for shoot.

You just go to where the photo shoot is on the time and day it's scheduled for and get pictures with other people from that same show/game/movie/etc.

I haven't heard anything about a Zelda shoot yet.

For the vocaloid shoot, we are all meeting in the Red Lion foyier/entrance area and then we will travel together to a spot that seems appropriate.

no problem, also if you are staying at the red lion you just walk about 1 block to the hilton (head northwest (forward/left if that makes sense lol) when you step out of the hotel)

BacktoBlue: Right. It's SUPER easy to find both hotels and the park. You can't miss it if you're in the Hilton.

If you want a map, here's one. I cut off the sidewalk between the hotels on accident, but it's the rightmost part of the image. Where the 'Meet Here' text is, is the start of the park. c: Like others have said, it's really easy to find.

And Kori, would you please update both Hetalia meets so they say to meet at the fountain then move elsewhere for the shoot?

Ive got another possible location for a small photoshoot. Im going to talk to the library manager and see if she would be fine with letting a small group out onto the balcony for some photos. If anyone wants to, let me know. Ill be asking tomorrow.

Yay! I did something good for once lol i was also thinking. On friday the have this teen gang out thing at the library from 3 to 5. On day0 if anyone wants to just play video games and hang out, we can meet there. Also, the library is on evergreen and is only about 3 or 4 blocks away from the hotel.

Okay! So Ima talk to the boss later today about the photoshoot beingup on the balcony. BUT! if that doesnt work, the lady in the teen room did say that we could use the teen room for photoshoots and if we need anything that has to be set up like backgrounds or curtins, they just have to be small and easy to put up or take down. Also, for day 0, we are welcome to come in and hang out and play video games and have snacks and such just as long as we are ages 12-19.

If a shoot hasn't been listed in the main first post list, then it most likely hasn't been planned yet. It's not too late to start planning a shoot though.

Hm... Maybe we can combine RE and Silent Hill? The one cosplay thread I've seen with those hasn't been replied to in a while. Do you know if they will have a printed list of photoshoot times as the info desk? Sakuracon did that and it was very helpful. That way those who aren't on the forum can know about the photoshoots. Then I could just make a time and hope people show up for it. XD

Just saying people, Kori doesn't decide when the photoshoots are. People in the designated threads have been planning and then tell Kori so she can post it for all to see. So asking her to make room and when should you have a certain shoot wont do you any good. You need to figure it out either on your own or with the other peeps of the group.

i know that last year, i couldn't find one, but i know there was some around. but i told people while i was working as registration staff, where the shoots were and stuff. not sure if they plan on doing that. i think what kori should do if she wants, or any one here who wants to be helpful, is print out a few pages with the lists on there, just to go around passing them out to big groups of people, and tell small groups about them.

I was thinking of printing some out but I wasn't sure what to do with them? I know they posted them at the help desk last year so I was thinking of doing that this year too.
