Yeah, I'm the same way. That's why most of my costumes have been/are lesser-acknowledged characters from Final Fantasy. I tend to love the overlooked characters more often than not.

Hmm...according to the Public Notice DEQ of the Water Wash permit, the following states:

"The permits identify deminimis activities that are allowed without having to obtain a permit. These include the following:"

"Vehicle washing conducted by private citizens and fund-raising groups such as schools, churches, boy/girl scouts, etc. Fund-raising groups shall limit the frequency of washing activities to once per month and follow the best management practices developed by the Department."

Is that a problem for having it be two days?

That sounds like we fall under the exception quite well. Two days out of the year is definitely an infrequent occurrence. I think we should be fine.

ok im got the ok with my mom and she going to bye me the stuff to sell like tea (green thai and rasbary) and cup ckaes and cookies that look like anme chaters what should we charges for thoses every ware i go thai iced tea are like $2.50 - $4 any thing else i should selli have a tebles thats perfikt

And sweet - sounds like we don't need a permit anymore, and if anyone DID ask - or debate that we are not part of a school/church/boy scouts - we could argue that we're here to raise money for the local anime night at the library.

I doubt anybody will object. Most people in the area are pretty accepting of fund-raising and charitable deeds.

If enough people ask, this could be a good opportunity to spread the news about Kumoricon. Maybe we could get some fliers or something, even though we are not an official Kumoricon event, or backed in any way? Could be a good idea, if anyone has fliers sitting around, lol.

idk o.o uuuh well...Kakashi will prolly eat like three + cookies before we get there ;P
but um cupcakes wise....maybe ...um...2 dozen? so like 24....wich should be like 2 things of cupcake stuff
and like 2 things of cookies and I am sure some cosplayers will have their cars parked there (hopefully playing some japanese music!!!!!!)

So if we run low on tea we can send someone to go get more

alsome so 24 cupcakes and 30 cokies and 2 gals of green tea and 1 of thai and 2 of resbary tea and we need plastk cups and i think 75 a cup cake and 75 for a cokkie and $2.50 for thai and $1.50 for geen tea and 1.5 for resabary

Damn well it isn't like my wig was expensive. It was $23 with shipping, but I understand that you have already put too much time and money into this one. Just thought I'd ask. Plus I would need someone that was about the same height as me.
