Since Todd Haberkorn has gotten quite popular of late and plans to return to Kumoricon this year, who all would be interested in attending a Greedling dinner?
I've been to a few Risembool Ranger dinners before and I was thinking that it would be a good idea to start one up for Todd Haberkorn's fan base. What do you guys think?

The idea is for Todd's fans (and Todd if he has time) to get together at a restaurant for a lunch or dinner. Vic Mignogna's fans hold Risembool Ranger dinners at various cons, which Vic often goes to and they're a lot of fun.
I'm not sure where the meet-up would take place, but I would like to find out what restaurants are nearby and which ones would be the best candidates.

I'm not that familiar with Vancouver and I want to find a place with good food that's not too expensive.

Turn left (North) onto Columbia Street
Head up to West Evergreen Blvd. and take a right (East)
Take the first right (South), which is on Washington Street

If you click on "Locations" the first one you'll see is the one I'm referring to.

You can also see their menu. The most expensive thing there (that I saw) is $16.99 ($18.38 after tax), but that was a lamb skewer. Their paninis range from $6.59 to $8.89, their calzones are either $8.89 or $9.29 (and they're EPIC), they have various pizzas to choose from, pasta dishes from $10.49 to $13.39, and various appetizers and stuff, too!

Since guests usually leave on Monday, sometimes early Monday, I'd recommend Sunday evening.

Yeah, and the thing with Sunday evening, is there is the Cosplay Contest that I will be apart of, so that's a no.

I do think Pre reg would be the best ^^ We could all try to meet up in the reg line and then all head out when we're done!

I just took a look at their website, hoping to find the info on when they're open on Fridays (which is until 10pm, btw). I found something interesting to point out...

There is a gravel parking lot nearby that occupies an entire block. The people that own it are okay with Little Italy customers using the lot, but ONLY AFTER 5PM. Anyone who parks there before 5pm runs the risk of having their vehicle towed.

I doubt that this will be an issue in this case, but I figured that it'd be a good idea to point this out anyways, in case there were going to be plans for car trips, or something. You might luck out and find some vacant spots elsewhere, but the website made it sound like the possibilities would be rather tough. if you go with 4pm, it might be more plausible...

For the time being, we'll do Friday at 7:00.
I recently got a response from Todd and he said he appreciated what we're doing and will be happy to come by and support it. I asked him what day would work best (I told him I can schedule it between Friday and Monday) and will let you know what he says.

The sign-up list is now closed and I'll be calling in for the reservation in a day or two. For now, the scheduled time is Friday at 7:00. If everyone still agrees with that time, I'll schedule it for then, but if anyone thinks that a different time might be better, let me know and I'll see what I can do.
