I've been working on my Zuko helmet. Sadly, it is being mean to me and isn't working very well. I'm going to keep on trying, though!

Also:
My friend Erin agreed to be Mai, and my friend Irene agreed to be Ty Lee. Now, I just need to find someone to commission my Azula wig (I'm being lazy >>) and I'll be good.

Hmmm..For Kumoricon i thinking about doing a Jet cosplay..>.> Atleast for one day.. What do you guys think? Im worried about it being rather hard to make (mostly his armor)

Sora's dad has agreed to possibly help with my wheelchair! And also lend the use of his wood and metal shops! And as an added bonus, I'll be ~gaining his trust to work with his stuff via working for him, which means I'll be earning monies!

I AM FINALLY GOING TO DO IT!!!! I Am going to get Season 3 version of Azula. The outfit she wears in Boiling Rock. I am going to try to get a great group together. And I have a plan to make this costume even better, and it will help me get in shape. :3

I don't think we are planing costumes from the boiling rock I just like the armor she wears from around that point. I like the black red and gold color combination rather than the red and pink.

And last night I quickly threw up my hair to see what it would look like. Right now the layers in it are making the bun not look right but once they grow out it will be perfect. I wont need a wig

Again this was put up very quickly so it isn't perfect. I can make it perfect though.

I'm painting my armor now. I think it looks pretty good. I am going to finish cutting out the other pieces tomorrow and get everything painted. My new roommate has a bunch of fabric and I found some perfect black fabric for the dress part. I still have lots of time to finish everything, but so far it is coming along nicely. :3

The wig has been ordered, fabric and patterns bought, leather paint for boots and metal bosses for armor obtained, and my contact lenses that were previously used for Kimbley found again. Only things left to get are the armor and the Epic Sideburns.

I've got a local metalsmith commissioned for the little Fire Nation hair decoration that goes in front of one's topknot, so it'll match the brass on the armor. I'm so excited for this!

I'm not a new cosplayer, but I hope I'm acceptable. XP I'm going to Japan for another three months and will get back to the States mere days before Kumoricon, so I may be a little jet-lagged, but I'd love to reprise Mai (and to see you guys again!).
