I hate to spoil the mood... but my uncle just died.
Not really my uncle, but he was really close to my grandparents. He always thought of me and my brother and bought us stuff when he went on vacation. He bought us these things that change when you put them in water and he wanted us to take pictures of it changing and send it to him but.... now we can't.

No. I'm sad. And i was really young when I last saw him so i dont remember him much.

well obviously you're sad. i just meant that if you seriously need someone to cry on, let me know and i will find a way to meet up with you. i hate funerals. they always seemed kinda strenuous. and its just hard on the immediate family.

it can take awhile to cope. take as long as you need to. and its ok to cry at funerals. (it took me a really long time to realize this)

I'm really sorry that he passed before you guys could show him the water things, but I think that if you still put them in the water, he'll be able to see them change from where he is now, watching over your family.

I know how it feels to lose someone close to you. I've been to countless memorials and funerals. It can be hard at first, but it really does get easier. We're all here for you, and things like this aren't quite as hard when you're not alone.
You didn't spoil the mood. You shared something really deep with us, and now we want to help you get through it.

I'm sooo impatient to start my vest!! *pouts*  
But I want to wait for the sale on patterns, because I'm gonna be spending some money for Halloween, even if it is only twenty bucks or so. Plus, the less expensive the cosplay, the better.
And I suppose, in the long run, I'm impatient to get enough practice to make Lizzy's ballgown, because that's gonna be hard, and I really don't wanna crossplay for the ball this year. Maybe I'll get asked to dance more, and I really love waltzing.

Crossplaying guys are the guys I remember (that is a good thing). Well, and that epic Ciel from last year. He has cool cosplay, and he could waltz. But really, I only saw two crossplaying guys, and I sill remember/respect them.  
One was a Sailor Scout (I've never seen Sailor Moon), I believe, and one was on the Maid Squad.
In fact, I might have seen the latter at the Festival Japan today.  

Oh, yes, I'd imagine that would be awkward . . . . 
Ciel has cool attire in general, though, so that makes it okay.

My mom's face was priceless when she asked me if Alois was gay while we were looking at his ensemble. 

Yeah, I figure it would make any parent happy to know that their kids don't do drugs. 
I totally went through a demi-goth phase (may still be in such phase . . . .  ) and I think my mom was silently wondering where my sanity went. But gothic attire is so pretty!!! I love black lace.

I was traveling with Winry Rockbell, and at the ball, I was hanging out with three Sebastians, a Grell, an Undertaker, a formal Ciel, and a girl Ciel. And when the formal Ciel and the girl Ciel were dancing . . . CUTEST. THING. EVER.  
And one Sebby danced with Grell. The other Sebbys danced with eachother. Seriously, I want to see those people again.
That was longer than it needed to be.  
I feel like I say that a lot.  

My parents don't mind. My mom loves sewing, so she helps me with my cosplay, and my dad drove my sister and me to and from the con on Sunday and Monday.
I'm gonna have to bind myself for two days next year. Never done that before. I'm flat enough, though, that it shouldn't be too bad. Here's hoping.

When my sister and I left the hotel for lunch later on Saturday, everyone was squealing and asking for pictures. I love my attention too.
I do theater, so that's not really surprising, is it?

This was the first year I got attention so I was actually really happy and surprised and a little embarrassed.

as for glomping someone, I did do something close to that to cat woman, but that's because she was my friend anyway so what the heck. Hahaha~
