Starting Juon Kiku this week and Taito is staying that night most of the week (*evil snicker*) so we will get a lot done.

I'll probably still do Matryo if we ever end up doing a photoshoot of just that PV, but other than that, I'm not doing it at Kumo.

I like matryoshka cause it's easy and I like the song. Regardless of how many Matryoshka cosplayers there are my Nigaito and I are prolly gonna wear ours if for even a little while at Kumo.

Haha. As much as I HATE doing the Matroyshka theme (I don't like following the crowd) and I even more HATE when people use character not-vocaloid. Emily and I made a Tsubasa themed Matryoshka with Fai and Yui. We'd join the massive group if you did do it.

I think you should do a vocaloid MEET, then have a Matryoshka photo shoot.

SOme people might wanna come and hang out and get to know you guys. Though I'm not gonna be vocaloid, [depends on how fast I can get the material, I only have a few months to make my costumes].

I have my TOETO set that I could wear, I suppose. I was TOETO last year though. :U
I really want DWC miku, but the hard part will be her dress. Cage, feet, fine. dress pattern? Not so much....

So we'll see.

But I think it should be a VOCALOID meet, then a Matryoshka/vocaloid photoshoot. Not fair to exclude people. :I that's how it happens a lot of the time anyways.

I ran the photoshoot last year and a lot of people seemed to get excluded from things.
People just ran off and did their own things, so I don't know.
I like the idea of having a Matyroshka meet.
I don't think it would mean that anyone couldn't come,
I just think Photo's would only be for those in that theme'd cosplay.

Though, at Con there are several just random shoots around.
So instead of just having one whole shoot for VOCALOID, those
doing Matyroshka or whatever can split up and pick a time for later in the convention
to do their shoot. That kind of thing.

If anything I said made sense that is, I'm slightly drugged up from this sinus infection. x.x;

I kinda stopped updating cause everyone kept changing their minds on what they were doing... Now that Saku is over Im going to redo the front page when I get back on a laptop (yay phone?).

For the shoots I plan to find out all the pvs and chars we have and plan from smallest to biggest for shoots. Chars first, then Pvs. Then we can have fun and do the silly stuff people want at the end so if people need to leave early they can.
Also, first will be the big group photo like we took last year on the bench.

ALSO!!! You guys hear about Rio? Shes a Hello Kitty Vocaloid who is getting her own PSP game!! I want to toss together her outfit for a quick change since Im only doing Rook for Molly. XP

Some may say only B*RS because she's the only one in the original PV. But There are many VOCALOID groups that accept every one from the OVA

We arent going to turn you away because of something like that,

i run the kh photoshoots and i mean we have SO MANY people. i gotta say you guys have to get a list and time each shot! if not, you guys are screwed. i'm glad i didn't go to the vocaloid shoot >.<

The only connection BRS has to Vocaloid is that Miku sings about her, which honestly is more than enough reason.
It's technically a PV so I don't see why that would be a problem.

Cause Rio isn't a vocaloid... She was a design concept for the Hello Kitty vocaloid but it was scrapped and a new design was made.

I dunno. That first outfit is pretty risque for a girl that looks like she's 10.

I think I also like the second one better simply because of the whole "Hello Kitty, Ambassador of Japanese Cute" business. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/24708771/ns/travel-news/ So the kimono-ish top, the sakura on her boots, etc. She also seems a lot more futuristic, which is a big motif with the other Vocaloid outfits it seems. I think they also just didn't want to scream HELLO KITTY!!! Hahaha

You don't have to be condescending. I was only making a comment on her appearance, which is what you were originally posting about. And even when the voice is taken into account I still think the second outfit they chose for her is more appropriate.

This looks good. I have a few photos of Black Rock Shooter cosplayers but this is the first one that actually looks right. I hate to say it but I didn't like the ones I photographed. Something about them always seemed wrong.

Today is another miraculous milestone. Not only does that costume look like it's turning out better but oh God...I knew this year's AX is meant to be something special but WOW. If any of you guys see Yukie, tell her I said thanks and I'll see her as well as the Live 3D setup at this year's AX! Holy hell...
