A park would be suited to a more picnicy meetup. If this is going to be a tea party, it should probably be inside... but maybe near a park, or somewhere we can run around and scare people. ^^

There's a tea house in the Chinese Gardens, I know that. I'm not sure how much it would cost, though.

The Rose Garden is large and beautiful! The JAPANESE gardens are the tolled ones! The Rose Garden is FREE!!!!

The cost to get into the Chinese Gardens, are as follows:
$8.50 Adults
$7.50 Seniors (62 & above)
$6.50 Students (6-18 & college students with I.D.)
Five and under free

Ok, I'm looking at Chinese Gardens. It's $8.50 for Adults, $6.50 for students. There is a Teahouse, and the food looks a little spendy, but it looks good!

Rose Garden doesn't quite give the same feel as the Chinese Gardens... the later might be more suited, and the Rose Garden has been used before. But we can possibly find a different location, if it's too expensive and too out of the way.
