OMG GUYS! WE HAVE A DILEMMA!!!!

Our lovely Liet(a.k.a. Hashi, the awesome person to start this board) is unable to attend what was going to be her last K-con because of her moving across the country a bit earlier than planned.
...unless, of course, I have something to do about it.

This is why I'm starting the official "Bring Liet to K-con" fund. See, I figure if I get enough money grouped together, we can buy Hashi a plane ticket over her for her to actually attend her last K-con, like planned, and make it one so awesome that no other con will be able to top it. 8D

I did up a mock itinerary on American Airlines ~~HARR HARR! What other airline than AMERICAN!!~~, and the ticket would approximate something around $266, and I know this may seem expensive, but myself, Mewithe, and Hashi already agreed we'd pay for a chunk each, but if any of you fabulous peeps would be willing to contribute anything as small as $5 or WHATEVER...we could actually make this happen.

I mean, come on guys, if not for Hashi, this whole Hetalia get together wouldn't have been possible! We wouldn't have had this wonderful planning and bonding time together. SHE IS THE FOUNDER OF OUR FRIENDSHIP!!

If you are unable to help, I understand, but I know that we have a few people out there who could give up a latte, or what have you to help us out, because it'd be greatly appreciated.

I love you guys no matter what! I hope we could get this to work! 8DDD

omg sounds like a good cause and all :3 but there is some information that you need to give. for most cases only two things. 1. Whats the deadline to this and 2. How do we send the money? Do we mail it and if so, where?

Ah yes, I was just going to see just how many were willing to give some money before I went into those details.
Deadline...I'd think that July would be a decent time for a deadline, because we want to insure she gets a good deal on the plane ticket.
As for paying, I have a paypal account that we could use, OR if people really wanted, concealed cash could work.

Hate to rain on your parade, but you should budget for ticket prices going up. They'll probably be more in July than they are now, unless the whole economy collapses again. .____.

I hadn't mentioned this before because I didn't want to panic anyone, but me and Hashi have been contingency-planning. Just in case she can't make it back, we'll still have someone to run the potluck and photoshoot.
But of course she will, with you guys throwing your generosity in. <3

Yeah, it was round trip. And actually...I was thinking it was June already. =_=;;; I really have no concept of time, really.
So, if we happen to get the money as soon as possible, then we could buy the ticket now while prices are still cheap. How about we say at the latest the end of June and not July.

On a different Hetalia-themed note, I was wondering if we could get the country list updated in the other APH thread? It'd really help me out if I knew all the countries that we currently have represented, so if my cosplay group decides to use Hetalia as next month's theme, we could possibly cosplay characters that are free, which also means more countries for this group...?
