If I actually manage to convince my mom to take me to the Kumori-Con, I plan to be Teto and Knowledge of the Late Night Madness Miku. :3

Sadly, I don't think I have the proper knowledge to sew my Teto outfit, but I'm going to give it a whirl.
If someone could tell me how to do the skirt wrinkle things I'd be able to manage just fine.

I really don't want to buy an outfit because that's LAAAAAME.

But anyway, I'd love to join your guys if I can come!

try modifing clothes : ) Its much easyer and very good idea for those who are just getting started in sewing, that way you still will have made your costume.

for the record buying isnt that "lame" its a matter of opinion but Ive bought a costume before and I make costumes to.

and i wouldnt feel guilty about it ^^ im not the best seamstress so I result into buying normal clothes and altering them for costumes, really i wouldnt get in over your head your first time : ) Most people buy their first costume, its good for getting into the feel of it cause you still got to do a lot yourself.

raves are technically illigal in most places : o

the ones at k con are restricted so we dont have drugs
however
most non convention raves are primarly to do with ecstasy, the lights actualy help calm the side effecs of ecstacy hency their significance with raves.
i would be very very VERY shocked if you could find a rave apropriate for under 18

Known by many names over time, Klub Z is the local underage club for Portland. Anyone under 21 is welcome here for a smoke-free, non-alcoholic environment. The address is listed as 333 SW Stark, however the entrance is actually on Park Avenue around the corner. The club is open only on Friday and Saturday nights and the cover can be a bit steep, around $8 a head. But the DJ is spinning music from 9 p.m. until closing, around 4 a.m. Around midnight each night there's a drag show, usually featuring the younger drag queens and other performers, sometimes with special appearances from older Rose Court veterans as well.

it happend some months ago.

this guy shot a lot of exchange student kids got shot and two people died.

beyond that

theres a diffrence between a club and a rave. raves are a lot bigger, theres no real place to get food or concesions, and theres no one watching over everything. like i said raves are mostly illegal
