Okay I'm looking for people who are interested in Cosplaying as Chara's from Soul Eater for KumoriCon 09' I am pretty sure I'm going as either Soul Eater Evans or Maka Albarn. So if you wanna get in touch that would be great because I'm looking for a larger group for next year![/font][/color]

I want to do Blair or Death the Kid. xD
All depending on if I can talk my bf into going as Soul. In which case, it would be hilarious to be Blair for funny pic opps. lol
Kid is my favorite though <3
And I'd have WAY too much fun being a symmetry freak. So, I bet you that I'm going to go with Kid.
Also, I've been trying to convince my group to cosplay Soul Eater too. We shall see what goes down.

My plan was to do Maka..... but after seeing a picture of Marie for the first time I think I'm switching. There are so many characters I like I know I'll do one of them. I just have to decide XD

I'm planning on getting every chara if i can, if its even humanly possible... But its very doubtful I will get everyone... but anyone from the Soul Earter anime will do. Anyone at all!

It's official... I am for sure doing Marie Mjolnir (she'll show up in the anime REALLY soon which is great!!!) for my '09 cons =]

I have the wig already and now that I have a job again (yesss Best Buy) I can start investing money into the outfit!!! Hope you get lots more characters to go!! I need to find a Stein and a Medusa to take pics with =]

UGHHH.. I just saw a screencap from the episode Marie makes her first appearance in and just realized her eyes are gold O_o

For some reason I thought they were blue... they looked kinda blue in the manga.. *sigh*

So bummed now. My eyes are not gonna magically turn gold anytime soon =[

~~Thats what contacts are for...~~ the good thing about my eyes is that they have a condition where they can change color to random colors like from brown my normal color to blue or to red or to any color really. Like at KumoriCon '08 I cosplayed as Maka and Maka's eyes are blue-ish green. Well in most of the pictures my friends took my eyes were that color... My norm is brown though so I was like "WHAT!" It was pretty cool though and the guy at red robins took a picture with his phone and showed it to me and one eye was green and the other was brown... it was freaky... I'm still gonna get contacts for the Soul Eater Cosplay though because I dont need my eyes changing color in the middle of the day... that would just bite..

(OKay I'm going to make a few threads for the photoshoot and if you have anyother ideas like dinner or lunch or even iceskating leave me a message or leave a post here in this thread.

Wow, that eye thing sounds really cool!!!!

I thought about maybe going down the contacts road... but i've never been to an optometrist before or anything and IDK, it just seems like a lot of cash and time that I could spend on other outfit pieces.

Besides I'll only have one eye showing anyways so I think it'll end up being okay.. =]

That is true. so there is a possitive side to it. hahaha I had a blonde moment and didn't realize what character you were going to be but know I remember! I cannot wait to see your cosplay!

well I'm sort of booked for cosplays for '09 but I really do want to cosplay from soul eater.

I was thinking either blair(BEWBS), Tsubaki, or patty. but I don't really want to show off my tummy, dye my hair, or act like a ditz. >_>

or maybe even eruka because I like her hair. :3

My boyfriend is trying to decide whether or not he should go as Justin.
He looks like a brunette version of him already xD

Me and my friend were thinking of going as Maka and Soul, and my other was thinking of being Tsubaki, and then my other friend was going to be Death the Kid. But It turned out that the person who would cosplay as soul, decided to cosplay as some dude from assassins creed, Our Kid decided to be uryu, our Tsubaki is now Nemu Kurotsuchi, and now me (our maka) is thinking of being su's transformation from shugo chara, It's pretty insane how that worked.

I only have my two skull rings. I'm on a waiting list for my guns that I need to alter, and I'm currently debating which wig I want to order.
Besides that, I'm on the hunt for a black suit and a skateboard to alter too. So much multitasking, but I love it. If I don't find the suit, I'll just have to sew it. It shouldn't be too painful

Well so far it sounds like its ganna be a good sakuracon. I must say that the conversation earlyer was way uncool. We dont need to go to Japan, we just need cut his legs off befor he can leave(then steal the plain ticket). Any way I might buy my wig and fabric soon, if I have any money left over from school.
