I can't go until Saturday morning....i got promoted at my job and have to finish my classroom before the first day of the new school year

I wish i could go Friday night and sign in early

Wait, you are allowed to go the night BEFORE the convention and sign in?
Does that mean you don't have to wait Saturday morning to do it?

Well I am not staying in the hotel until Saturday but I live in Vancouver so it is not a big deal and I am staff so I don't ahve to wait in the pre reg line but I will definitely be around on Friday ^^

EARLY Saturday. Pre-reg line last year was horrible, and regardless of the new way of doing things, I don't want to be potentially stuck in it again.

I'll be there probably around 1pm on Friday (and won't be leaving probably until around that time on Tuesday <.<) to help setup

I'm going to be there the day before, early morning I think, before with my friends/sister. :3 Yay for helping setting up the Game Room.

Well,I plan on showing up early Friday evening to get my table and check in. Kinda like to have that done so I can go straight to set up Saturday morning without much fuss.

Otherwise, I will be there all weekend, well except when I commute home to get some sleep and whatnot. ><

Ha ha suckers! I'm getting there Thursday NIGHT!
Vallie has to work Friday and this means we can casually load all of our stuff into the hotel room without dodging setup and other staffers.

It helps that I made reservations early and Vallie qualifies us for the staff discount.

Is there any kind of tour set up around the hotel? Because I think it would be a cool/neat not to mention helpful idea if there was a tour around the hotel for people who wanted it during the evening on friday or sumthing when people arent too busy?

I plan on being there Saturday morning (Maybe around 10:30..? Dun know yet). Then I'll be back early Sunday too. No Monday for me.

I aim to be there Friday afternoon. Hopefully I won't be working that night. I want to get there and check-in so I can relax and go over the materials for the next day and weekend. ^_^

I'm gonna be up all night fixing my room for the first day of school for the little toddlers i'm gonna teach.....so i will be very tired when i arrive

I'm not sure when the gang and i will head up there.....i live 3 hours away

Is Friday only for setting up? Or is it for preregistering as well?
I'm not quite clear on the pre-reg process, since we already got our badges in the mail... :x Do we still need to wait in line for something..?

Yeah, you still need to check-in, get your swag bag, all that good stuff. That is what will be going on on Friday, I believe.

Friday is for set up, for staff and vendors.

badges are available for offcials (press, vendors, staff) early and then from 6-10pm we'll have the pre-reg desks open for people to come through and get their swag bags and lanyards.

I hope i get goodies in my swag bag if i come early enough.....i'm gonna be drinkin' alot of Bawls...he he...Has anyone tried it? It really works but you gotta drink like 2....kept me up all night

I drink alot of caffeine too and didn't think it would keep me awake....but it did.
