Will absentee votes be permitted this year?

This question is mainly for Altonimbus to answer, but I've seen a few people ask in other threads so I thought it would be a good idea to get the answer publically here.

Only members of staff may submit their votes absentee for the elections.  Please submit your vote to elections@kumoricon.org.

The cutoff for absentee submissions is 11:59pm October 26th, 2006
