The only two that come to mind are Oni-Con and KamikazeCon. There may be more but I can't think of them off the top of my head.

I believe Oni-Con is. since as of right now kamikazecon doesn't exist anymore. http://www.kamikazecon.com/
there is also a link on that site to a different con there too... its all confusing, but yeah last year (2005) it looks like oni-con got phantasmagoria :p
