I heard rumors we would see Sandman in this movie and it looks like it's true.  I wonder how they're going to use him and Venom in the same movie?

They'll probably use Sandman as a means for fun eye-candy fights, while the symbiote suit will be more of a plot device. I also get the feeling we won't see much of Venom until the ending or so, and that he'll be the premise for the fourth film.

I'm still wondering who this mysterious fourth villian that's supposed to be in this one, according to Sam Raimi. But more importantly, what's Bruce Campbell's cameo role in this!?

I wouldn't at all be too surprised if the supposed last villain is Shocker or Scorpion. In fact, before Venom appeared in a Spider-man film, I was hoping to see Scorpion. It'd make alot of sense, really.

Shocker would just be a personal preference because I always thought he was pretty badass. Also, I kinda think Lizard should appear. They had Dr. Conners in the last film, so its very plausable.

I was also expecting Lizard to appear soon since they showed the Dr. last time.  But it seems like they would have to do some more character development in the next movie before jumping into that idea.  So far we've only seen him as a quiet docter who is worried about his students should they have trouble.

But if I had to pick the next villian, I'd vote for Scorpion just so long as they don't make him like they did in the 1990s cartoon version.

 where they were making spiderman 2 they had on imdb very breifly a dr lizard in the roles and nonother the bruce campbell to act as him but then it disapeared so i would so give a vote bruce as dr lizard!!!

I agree that Scorpion would make a great addition, maybe even Shocker.  I would absolutely love it if Lizard were in it, but I'm not holding my breathe.

What was the name of the Daily Bugle's female employee, the one that Parker had a relationship with in the comics?  I'd like it if they played with that a little more, myself.

I'm not sure they'll consider him.  He seems to mainly be a Dare Devil villian (from what I gather, could be wrong) and I doubt they would be willing to cross stories after doing the DD movie.

Really?  I thought he was a S-Man villian who dould cross over to others, such as DD.  Oh well.  Even if Kingpin was a S-Man guy, he probably wouldn't be in the movies.

Kingpin originally came about in Amazing Spider-Man, and the two have had their on-going spats since. But I guess Daredevil need a counterpart villian (like Venom is to Spidey) so they pushed for Kingpin to be more of a Daredevil villian. Daredevil fights for the inhibited and weak while Fisk maintains to push them down and gain more power.

One could see it as a metaphor for small businesses fighting against corporate takeover, considering Fisk's way of taking on heroes is through business.
