Looking to commission part of a cosplay!

Hey, I'm looking for someone with the sewing skills to make the dress (and possibly the wig) for Dawn/Lady Platinum from Pokemon.

I'm also looking for something that isn't TOO expensive, but I understand that seamstresses need to eat too. I'm hoping to have this cosplay by August 30th, so anyone interested in this project, please message me or reply here! (I will send my measurements in a message) Thank you!

http://tinypic.com/r/2zyv9jo/6 -Lolita black wig - This one was more of a repair than anything els I use the pig tails as stright and curled this one was reccent that i did for myself it was bad shape after beign used by a friend who messed it up bad i thought i had to toss them out I brushed them and detanged them took me 2 hours to do after that I recurled them and cut the base of the wig to go with the lolita

I charge $5-20 for each wig I do. and  I like the costumer with me so when I am trimming the wig I can trim the bangs to their face so it looks way better. Most of the wigs done are mine and my girlfriends or my sisters.  ^^

i thought i found someone who could work on it with me, but it's too hard to find the pattern for the dress now. I'll talk with the person about it tomorrow and then let you know if I still need someone for it : )

You would have to buy the wig ^^ and then I do the styleing I like my costumers to come meet with me at my home or theirs so I can cut the wig to your facal fetures. as well ^^ and get the impute it only takes me and hour or so to style a wig :O

So it looks like I won't be able to afford the entire cosplay for Dawn, but I have a different cosplay that needs a wig to be styled. Is that okay? I can go get reference pictures right now.
