Anyone interested in doing a group cosplay for Fruits Basket? I know it's a really old school manga and anime series, but it's an awesome classic and it would be really cool to have the whole family/ cast get together! I know this is a dreamer's wish, but it would be awesome!!
I'm going to be Momiji in the girl's winter uniform (Minus skirt!) with hat and bunny ears! If you have a character in mind that you'd cosplay as for Kumori Con 2012, let me know!
So far it looks like we'll have (All are subject to change [Will be updated])

I am planning on doing fruits basket but I don't know which character yet.
I enjoy the older manga's and anime series, like ouran, and I'm having a hard time finding the rest of the people.
But yay that I found you! (Or we found each other?)

Uwaah!! I'm so happy!! I agree that finding fellow old schoolers is really difficult, but we're the ones who don't have a simple passing fancy for whatever's hot: we really do love our series and characters!

That would be amazing! I was thinking of doing Haru but I'm not sure. I saw the shirt for him and it goes down pretty low, but I could always button it up some...

Ayame is epic, but you don't want to over work yourself, but if you somehow find the time to do ayame, great!

Yes, and it would be great to have pictures of the group too, I really do hope I get a job so I can pay for this soon.
I have another interview tomorrow so I can start saving up.

This is my second convention in quite a few years so I really hope I can get my costume... Though I have to figure out what to get first...

^Kumi4eva, Haru wears a lot of different outfits, so one of them might actually have a closed front. Maybe??
This'll potentially be either a walking cosplay group or a photoshoot group. I'm chill with either one, but if we only have a few people it would be best to just be a wandering group.
^Chibiorochimaru: I've never seen anyone cosplay Aaya-nii in his high school uniform and it would most likely be a lot faster than making one of the dresses he appears in.

My brother was Kyo Sohma last year, but hardly anyone recognized him and he cosplayed as Shizuo from DRRR all three days because of that. He tried to get this Tohru cosplayer's attention, but she just walked away. xD;

I bet if you all get a huge group doing this, it will be so amazing to see. :3

This'll be great, maybe I'll do haru in his big white jacket, I'll try and convince my friend to be kisa or Rin. She loved kisa, so I think she'll be willing.

Yes, it's wa~y early, but when and where should the photoshoot be? I really think we've got enough cosplayers to have a really fun shoot with lots of personality! But there's a problem: I don't know the location at all (This'll be my first time going to Kumori Con) and I'd like to find a time that works well for the group! It looks like Sunday's completely open still... Any opinions?

I'm pretty sure that this will be a little meet up sometime on Sunday around 4 PM? I'm just not sure about where to meet up because I've never even seen the venue!

I'm guessing that a meet-up won't happen this year, but on Monday, if you see a Momiji with a big lollipop, that's me!
