I don't know about skin-colored, but T-Kingdom has really high quality chest binders that are totally worth the price. I've never tried dying them skin colored though. There's also this site whose shirts work pretty well too, and I have successfully dyed one of there shirts skin colored, so there's that option.

If you really want some good places to find skin-colored binders (and for the sake of keeping this thread on topic, not too sound like a party pooper >> ), you should make a new thread. Lots of people on the forums who don't read the Hetalia thread could point you in the direction of some really great places I bet. : D And it'd make it easy for other people looking for binders to find advice as well!

I found that helpful too actually. Mostly I just get a sports bra and occasionally put some masking tape over that and it works but it's a bit crude. XD
It must have been a fairly decent job since someone had to ask me if I was a man or a woman.
