a hot glue gun

Directions: Carefully put small drops of hot glue on the petals of the rose.

I got very familiar with the ways of fake plants.

Back in July the PoSms got together and did a pretty rad Germans shoot. Our lovely photog has been chained to her desk ever since, color correcting and stringing gifs together. I've only seen about a dozen shots of it so far, and there's some pretty good, character-accurate and historyful stuff in there.

You know, with the several connections made between 'Netherlands' and the adjective 'manly' earlier, I'm almost thinking we need a photoshoot pairing of him with several of the female characters (Belarus, Hungary, Seychelles, Taiwan, etc...). Just another silly idea that came to me when I was a) high on sugar and b) had too much time on my hands. But anyway... I has spiky hair wig now! Whee!

Also, that animated gif is brilliant! This thread is more responsible for cracking me up than any other on the K-Con forums.

I got my boots in the mail today! Yay! They're so much more fitting than the first boots I bought for Russia. My only deal with them is that Russia's got a differently colored cuff around his boots, and this pair comes with an attached more pirate-style cuff. It's also a bit wide at the ankle, but that's more manly! Goes so well with the pink scarf.

I hope to wear these non-con, too.

I love me some knee-high boots..

Neko: OMG. That video was totally awesome. I loved the people who stayed in character like Germany, and Belarus. It would be totally fabulous to play that at Kumoricon.

I've never really liked that game but doing it in character would totally make it fun I think.

Germany did turn out best. Japan was a nightmare, and Italy looks like... well, he's clearly my first attempt at acrylic in a long time. Yikes.

Anyways, I'd play that game for a bit. Maybe not for hours, but I'd give it a shot. My only criticism is it looks the in that film everyone's choosing the same people.

Cuba is my favorite in that

I was in Target the other day, and I found a perfect Gakuen skirt. I decided that I'm going to do Gakuen!Monaco and Gakuen!Sweden instead of normal and casual. I've already got everything for Monaco except a sweater, and for Sve I need the wig, shoes, and a suit jacket. I know of places where I can get my hands on that stuff. I'm really excited for these, and everyone I've told thinks it sounds awesome.

In other news, I'm really shajfhgdxslfukgdsf-ing excited for con! Everyone sounds like they're working hard on their cosplays and they're gonna be sweet. I'm excited to see what everyone's done. I'll try to be more active around here too, just so I can keep on talking about it.
