Well i'm probably confuseing a lot of you xD I just found a Russia cosplay at a very good price online today. It can also be custom made so that's even better. I might end up buying my cosplay after all lol.

Oh god yes Turkey is awesome. There needs to be more Turkey cosplay. 8| Whatever happened to the gorgeous manlyman Turkey that showed up two years ago? I'm sure he just moved on to other cosplays, BUT I WANT MORE TURRRKKKEEEYYYY. I don't think I can say enough how much I love Turkey. He's just so fricken AWESOME.

Make sure you look around and see what other people have said about the site before you order. It would suck to order the costume, and then find out the site tends to take forever/lose packages, and end up not getting your costume, or getting the wrong one. : x I personally don't know anything about that site in particular.

Don't worry i did ^^ the only bad thing people said about it is that the scarf was a little off-color and the badge did not have the star on it. I could fix the last problem and the scarf isen't a big deal to me lol. But comments on the costume said that the coat and pants were very well made and the fabric worked realy well, so that's good ^^

Also, i also just found the wig i'm going to get (yes i'm getting a wig) and it's from the same person i bought my America wig from and i was realy happy with that one ^^

Geek: I'll keep it in mind. Last year it was Sunday, and despite a Murphy's Law style time of it, it went well. Depending on how huge Hetalia is this year, I might want to put it Saturday to ease the crush of overcrowdedness.

For the Photoshoot, there's also the option of having two photoshoots on two different days. That may make it less crowded. At this point, Hetalia is so big that I think it'd be worth it.

Wah! I'm so happy >w< The Russia cosplay that i was planning on getting in the first place (the person had stopped selling it before) is now being sold again :'D It's a bit more money ($15 to be exact) but it has a lot more detail to it, the color is more exact, both of the badges on it are perfect, everything about it looks exactly like Russia's outfit ^^ I'm probably going to buy it in the next week or so. I know it's early but that one sold out very fast and i want to get it before it sells out again.

Going off suggestions in the new Sak Hetalia thread, I was thinking about putting together a list of groups/pairs to call out and then fielding requests once the whole list has been run through. That would require a lot less mental multi-tasking for the person running it, since you wouldn't have to track what's going on at the moment plus a list of groups.

If I may make suggestions for planning simply for the sake of making them, could we not have a few people running one big photoshoot? We could split the cosplayers into groups by region, and put a person in charge of each group. Lists could be handed out beforehand to group leaders, so that things could run smoothly in a sequenced fashion. Also, if I may, why not have the photoshoot earlier that Saturday? Everyone could run around in their Hetalia cosplay for the majority of that day instead of having to change or wear too many days in a row. I would be perfectly fine orchestrating a plan for the whole shenanigan, as to keep that small bit of stress off of our darling boss. She shall run the panel, whilst Cassiopeia, I, and whoever else volunteers run the photoshoot. I'll write it out on paper later tonight and see how well I can get it to work.

The only problem I see with splitting the photoshoots into groups is that people won't be able to get pictures of all the groups they like if you mean having the groups take photos simultaneously. If that's not what you meant, then nevermind. : 3

Also, the point of having multiple photoshoots is not for people to come to both of them, but to have multiple options so people can come to the one that's most convenient for them. So unless you really want to be at both photoshoots, you only have to wear your costumes once, not multiple days.

Probably should explain our reasoning for having two photoshoots: We feel like there are enough Hetalia cosplayers at this point that the number of people can get unmanageable. It makes it easier on the person in charge if there aren't a million people around making noise, three talking to them directly, photo countdowns to yell and lists to keep track of. Giving people options would hopefully lower the number of people at either photoshoot, since most people would only be cosplaying Hetalia one day.

As for being the boss (-cackle-), I think everyone should know that Hashi is your stealth!boss. I'm just the interacting-with-people side of things.

The grouping would just be to keep the crowd controllable; the photoshoot itself would be very similar to last year's, what with nations, particular continents, and pairings being called in an orderly fashion, and the beckoned coming to the front and having their picture taken. I'm working with the idea of there being around 100-120 people in one place, so I was thinking of splitting them into groups of about 20-25 people per lead, so that we could have an organized oligopoly over the lot. : D

I didn't believe it to be that way, dear. :3 I knew that it was for the sake of flexibility and managability. I'm suggesting what I think to be a plan for the sake of convienence (photoshoot-> panel, and then not having to worry about it the rest of the con), is all. <3 Idea slinging, woo!
