I know I'm gonna improve my Squall costume some more for next year, but the other ones I'm still not sure on. I wanna improve my Tidus as well, but I think I'm gonna focus on alternate costume Zidane from Dissidia and Bartz from V.

Yeah, that is a problem. People hate villains, apparently.

Well, hopefully you'll get that Black Waltz, and I'm sure after a few months more people will be more inclined to get more serious about future cosplay, and you'll get the usual load of Sephiroths and Shuyins. Hopefully even an Ultimecia or Jecht.

Growing up with the series, I agree totally.
As much as I have always loved FFVII, FFIX felt more like a Final Fantasy game to me.

Hey, don't get carried away. The statistics speak for themselves, lol. We all know why certain games have the most fans, lol.

In all seriousness, I'm not saying VII is better than IX, or any game is better than another. To me, VII, VIII, IX, X, and X-2 all win first place. You take any one of those games from the equation and the entire series would change for the worse. I love them all equally.

Anyway, I know that was a divergence, sorry about that, lol.

Alright since I didn't get much of an answer in the other thread I am going to ask it here. I mainly want Rodney's opnion.
So I got some conditioner for my wig and I didn't even think about what it might do to the dye and just used it, it turns out it took out most of the dye. So now it is a lot more silver than purple but it doesn't seem to show up in the pictures as well.

So I am trying to figure out if I should just leave it or dye it again to get the purple back. It still has a bit of a purple tint but not as much as before. I actually think it looks a lot more like the reference pictures now then it did before. What do you guys think?

I actually think it looks awesome as it is now. The slightly faded gradual transition from purple to silver really does look like the reference pictures. Looks great. A happy accident!

I need to repaint the feather now. It is too purple. I'll just add a little silver paint to it and it should be fine

I don't know, Nikki, I think the feather looks pretty perfect as it is now. I'd say it looks good as is.

If you do do anything to the feather, maybe just a little bit of the silver towards the wig, instead of the whole thing. Because the feather looks the most purple by the top, then gradually comes to match the hair.

And with hair color, your fine. Best Kuja reference pics for the hair color some from, in my opinion, the scene between him, Brahne, and bahamut; I went and looked at them and the hair matches pretty well.

I used Revlon Dula Conditioner (spray) for Synthetic Hair. I got it at Sally's beauty supplies. If you do get it try it on a small section of hair to make sure it doesn't take out the color (I don't think it will but it is worth a shot).

The back of the feather is the right color but I am going to add a little silver to the bottom front and make it gradually turn to purple like Scarlet said.

Here are some pictures of trance kuja. Nothing is going to change with the right leg, the left leg will have a white leg warmer covering it on the red tight area and the back will have a skirt duster thing hanging off.
