Really? Which character? I think Frontier is...okay, but not as good as season one.

NOW. Down to buisness. Myself and Natalie have been talking a lot lately and we have two new rules/concepts that are going to be put to use after today, and Sam will post her "leaderly approval" when she gets the chance since she told me to share this with you all now.

The Three Strikes Rule: Since we don't want this group to get out of hand if someone does something seriously wrong they will receive a strike, and if they do it two more times they will be kicked out of the group, end of story. That way there aren't any troublemakers around to cause us to fall behind, or to hurt anyone. We really hope we never have to use this rule.~

The Theme Boundary Concept: Before each convention, starting with the one after Sakuracon 2010; whatever it may be, we're going to set a premise for what type of anime we want to do. Instead of just fishing randomly for whatever we can find we're going to make a selection of a type. For example "Our goal is to cosplay from a shojo anime" or maybe "To cosplay a horror anime" and our members can only choose animes/games/mangas from those genres [or possibly more specifically set boundaries] so that we don't have as hectic of a time of figuring things out.

Anyway, that's all I have to say right now...I know it's a lot sorry about that! xD Anyway, now you know.~

I like the three strikes rule because I think it really will help keep people in line. We are pretty much a close-knit group of friends now (and will be even closer after we all meet each other at the tea party!) so it wouldn't be very nice to have our cosplay harmony destroyed should a member choose to be disrespectful. I also hope we don't ever have to use this rule, haha.

And the theme boundary concept is good because it will keep us from forcing ourselves to destroy said cosplay harmony due to theme-deciding frustrations, lol.

These will be posted on the first page of this thread and our website(s)~

and I just want to be graphic designer so computer skills

It sort of reminds me of this one kid that did a ADS (After Dinner Speech) on Speech Team that was giving a speech about Asian parents (he is Asian, so it made it funnier, not the topic, but the way he presented it) and grades. (Btw, I don't mean to sound prejudice by telling you guys this. ><) He said:
"So here is the grading scale for white kids:
A- This is an honor is exceptional.
B- Above average and still good.
C- Average. Just average.
D- Below average and you can do better.
F- Flat out failed.

Then the Asians, like myself, have a bit different scale:
A- Average. You must get these grades.
B- Below average. This is where you start getting "the talk" by your parents.
C- Grounded. For life.
D- Dead. This is what will happen.
F- Forgotten. That is what you will be after you are dead."

I just think that it can relate to more of us like my family and a bunch of my non-Asian along with Asian friend families. xD

Ahaha, this sounds a lot like my family! *is Asian* xD Except now it's more like the white scale after my mom found out we're not geniuses, lol (much to her dismay).

EVERYONE, SHOULD WE RESCHEDULE THE MEETING?

Vivian will be gone July 2nd through July 15th, so if we had the meeting on the 11th, she wouldn't be able to come. I would like to settle this by the end of the day (or in the next couple of days) so what are everyone's thoughts? Here is what we will be doing at the meet:

- Record our lines for the skit
- Practice the dance together
- Helping people out with their cosplays

I think we should reschedule the meeting so that everyone can come. To me, the most important part of the get-together is getting the dance down pat. We don't actually need all of the members to record the skit (but I will feel bad if anybody really wanted to voice their lines and they couldn't come >.<)

It looks like everyone's weekends will be full-up in June with the tea party this Sunday, Gwar-chan's meet on the 20th and me and Megan's photoshoot on the 27th. Most of July is taken as well, as I have to housesit on the 4th while the men of the house are away, Vivian has her thing on the 11th, Dana is going camping from the 17th and Alyssa said awhile ago that the last week of July she is busy.

That leaves...the 25th or 26th of July?

That kind of conflicts with Annata Belle's planned photoshoots in the last weekend of each month... Megan, would you like to move that to the weekend of August 1st or should we not do a July theme at all?
