To the members of this group that are also in CoaP:

Cosplay contest rules are such that you can participate in up to two skits, but can only be listed officially in one.

Quote

(1) You may participate in up to two skits, however your name can only be listed as a participant for one skit.
(2) Only the people whose names are listed as participants in a skit will receive prizes / plaques if the skit wins
(3) You may WRITE the script for only one skit, and you must be listed as a participant for the skit for which you wrote the script

I hope that since you guys joined CoaP first, you'd be listed in our skit. If you help write the script for this one though and do not help with ours, I understand if you have to be listed for this group. (Though it will make me sad, of course. ;.; )

In other lighter news:
Once we both become more established groups, I hope we can do some joint ventures in the future! I think it would be kinda cool~

No I'm not Sahara. Dx; I swearrr! And thank you Elizabeth, I think it turned out pretty well too. As for the cardboard that might work but it might be bad if it rains. You know Oregon. xD And about friends having them...I know isn't it nuts? A lot of my friends used to have them too but lost them. Stupidity alive. Dx Oh well. I'm sure we'll think of something!

So for my Mimi wig I was wondering... should I get a short wig and then add on extensions at the front for her bangs or get a long wig, chop off most of it but the front bangs and then style it? :<

It sounds like adding extensions would save you a lot more time lol, and probably money?

Well with extensions I'd have to get a short wig + extensions, with a long wig that's all I'd have to get so I think they'd cost around the same... I don't know

Yes, I'm still giving Jason-nii until 4:11 PM to confirm membership (even though I took it off the thread title) because I know he usually checks the forums in the afternoons or the evenings... I'm surprised he didn't get on last night, but then again he did disappear for a few days without telling anyone last week.

How tall are you? I'm 5'4" and doing T.K. rofl, so I don't think it'd be a problem if you did Izzy. It's just that I want one of the taller people to be Tai, so if you're not over 5'7" I wouldn't recommend him. (Plus Izzy is easier to pull off with materials you can make at home~)

I'd have a lot of trouble on making a Gabumon plushie, since I can't sew at all and he looks like he's a semi-complicated pattern in the first place. But if I can't do that does anyone have any ideas of how I could get around to having one?

Sam, I'm not in any other cosplay skits so I could help you with writing the script without breaking any of the rules.

Wow I guess I'm glad for being pretty tall then. xD Being 5'6" will definately make it easier. Since it'd be kinda weird if T.K was taller than Matt.

Yeah, I saw those but they're super-mega tiny. That's the only thing I was wondering about since everyone else's seems to be around the right size. It'd be kinda weird for mine to be that small was all I was thinking.

That's a cool idea! It sure beats just trying to find a giant pink cowgirl hat. Trust me, I knew someone who was trying to do this same cosplay, it does NOT work. xD

Haha, maybe I shouldn't do T.K. now, it seems like a lot of people are 5'4" (me included) and he's one of the shorter characters xD

It IS past the deadline and we haven't heard anything from Jason-nii, so I'm going to have to open the group up once again so we can hopefully get our Tai.

I don't think you should worry about it!~ People already have their characters figured out and I'm sure you'll make a great T.K anyway. Height isn't everything. x3
