That costume of her's was really amazing.

Okay so I decided on another dream and that's Serenade from Eternal Sonata. Janelle was looking at this game for cosplay idea's before(about a year ago) but I hadn't chosen anyone. Then I was looking through all the characters and I found this one. It looks hard but I think I'll enjoy it. XD

But yeah, I didn't notice at first till I saw that he was missing his normal set of ab's, and then I saw the breasts and was like "wait, whut?". But girl Dante is just as cool as Boy Dante.

err no kinda a pet peeve to be at least moderately accurate (at least personally) but i decided i will do dante when i have the physique and not a day sooner... its not that far off of a dream.. i'll prolly be there by this time next year. but you should definitely do the female dante i'd be vurry jealous

mostly all of them. I mean I feel inferior to them because these girls are fit, and I'm not at all. -_-

Mostly these though, since the outfits are either skimpy or just the woman are known for being very attractive.

the first one seems like you could keep the base form and then add some additional "plates" to cover up a bit more skin if thats what makes you uncomfortable but i think you could pull off the look pretty easily once you got the cosplay outfit made (just a matter of getting in character)

the second one seems like an aweful lot of anime cleavage.. not sure of a con whose dress code is lax enough for that much breast to be out.

the third seems so skimpy no one would recognize it...

the fourth seems completely doable, might look odd cause she looks like shes probably the shortest member of the cast..

(ps. i'm lame and didn't recognize a single one, which are they from? and i think its mostly self esteem issues and not your physique thats the problem..)

Well, the first one, I was going to lengthen the skirt a bit among other things. (Cocona from wild flower by Shunya Yamashita)

The second one, her dress is actually unbuttoned and she's missing her armor but yeah I won't have that much cleavage showing. ^_^;; (Astharoshe Asran from Trinity Blood)

The third one is Barbarccia from FF4 and I want to have a rubecante with me, when if I do cosplay her.

The girl's are all the same size actually. I'm just the bigger one out of our group so I need to get a bit closer to the size of my counterparts. (Rolling Bubbles from PPGZ)

aww well i think you can manage cute and adorable just fine, it might take a pep talk while you get into the costume but the fact alone that you WANT to cosplay that charcter means deep down you know you can pull it off.

when i get into my cow suit i have to practically ritualistically tell myself how awesome i am and that i'm the life of the party and how everyone loves me, i just have to show them why...

and then bam! super happy goofy 7' cow roaming the halls of the con or mall. if ya need help the first time into a cosplay ask and i'll pep ya into glorious win... kay?

You should have a pep class. It'd help a looot of people. Deep down, I guess I could pull them off but yeah, I think it is mostly self esteem issues. I'm working on it though. One of the many things I must overcome to be a better cosplayer.

haha i would fail out miserably, i could pep a group of no more than 4 at a time (not much of a speechgiving type, i'm super shy on my own) [maybe i'll do that at mewcon next year, set up a panel for self esteem workshop] and you've never seen me at a con or meet-up? i wandered all mewcon in my costume, and the first day of kumo '09 on the max side of the building giving out hugs.

i'm actually only 6'6 but the head and feet add another 6" with ease.

but yeah i think you have the body to pull of any of those off with ease, and furthermore anyone who wants to see a size double zero out there with their ribs and hipbones poking through their skin is as grossly mistaken as the poor girl who thinks thats sexy, my mom is a size 0 and if i didn't know how much she ate every day i'd worry about her.

I didn't go to mew and Kumo, we showed up later everyday and I strayed a lot since everything was so tightly packed all the time.

I'm 6'0, so 7' is like...whoa to me. I mean to a shorter person it'd be super crazy but to me, it's odd finding people taller sometimes. Doesn't happen often.

I don't want to be a size 0, I never could be, I'd be dead. The smallest size I could be without being anorexic would be probably a 10. Maybe one size smaller. It's because I have a larger frame then most girls so I have to choose certain characters to cosplay if I want to portray them well.

sure, i completely and totally understand that dilemma, i've been losing weight over the past year, i was a size 42,32 pants wear xxl's tight and now i wear larges tight and xls really loose, and 36,32 or 34,32's but my hips are starting to show through the front and my ribs are starting to get exposed on my sides (i still have that damn pudgy belly and manboob problems) which is pretty much the only places i can lose fat from now hahaha besides uhm my butt (which unfortunately has gotten smaller too >.<)

personally sizes 4 and under never look pretty, and a size 5-10 should be on someone with a petite frame otherwise, bones start sticking out and ruining the curves... murrr

Yay for having curves. That's one of the nice thing's about my body is I can tend to play the "Sexy character's" a bit better(even if I don't have a sexy personality). My friend always chooses the larger one's of the group for me, so out habit I do that now. XD But it's okay, because it works.

My butt has not gotten smaller, I'm not sure if it's a good or bad thing though. Pant's wise yes(I've gone through 4 pairs because it's so large) but proportionally nah. >_>

heh yeah, well my mom is tiny so it makes sense that unless i suffer from an oedipus complex i would instinctively like curvy women, and it also applies to men, my dad is big like me and i like skinny or short boys haha damn you psychology! *shakes fist*

but seriously, go for broke, do what you want and let no one (including yourself) stop you.

also you could probably do a really awesome sexy no jutsu sakura... just walk around like you own the place and tell every boy and girl "no" haha ppl will be jealous as hell

I always kind of wanted to be Konan but I'm not that into Naruto that much, except for her and kakashi. But when I run out of other cosplays to make or something I'll most likely try to be her.
