I had a really bad time getting ready for and taking this photoshoot lol.

First off, one of the roses on my jacket collar, the safety pin that was holding it up had broken, so I had to make a new one. Then, I realized I should've gotten laced, knee-high boots instead of using pumps and socks; it just doesn't look very good. After that, I had a HELL of a time getting my wig on...

IT JUST WOULDN'T GET ON LOL.

Which is weird since I've always put my wigs on the same way and this time it was just killing me. And then, my eyepatch was moaning and groaning; the straps didn't want to stay where I wanted them to, so the one over my eye drooped down and made my eyebrows droop as well, making me look angry and ugly in my pictures, whereas the strap on the other side went right across my cheek; ugly.

While I was taking the piano pictures, my cheekbones, which have never ever made an appearance in photos before (I almost thought they didn't exist under my chubby cheeks >.<) decided to come out now, casting a disgusting shadow on my cheeks that I refused to remove in Photoshop. (I only ever level my photos in PS, nothing else.) Around the same time, my nose decided to join the mutiny as well, looking big and terrible in some of the shots that were taken. Finally, there's this annoying zit on my face that just makes everything look gross, I wish I could just die right now, haha.

that sucks, and some wigs just get angry at times.

and the people who made the cosplay did do a great
job because of the pin thing that broke.

and you looked great in your cosplay~!
I don't think people could see the zit
and your cheeks don't look chubby in that picture.
it looks great, and your will look greater
when you and I are making yaoi poses
in our ciel cosplays xDD We'll have an awesome
time :DDD

Yes, yes it is, and I absolutely LOVE the jacket. Its great quality and material. But the zipper can be hard to move at times x.x

I'm still amazed at how perfect you got the Kuja wig. The color of the wig and feather are perfect together, and the way the wig's tint differs down the length, looks awesome.

If the Zipper breaks I know where I can get another one.

My intent for the wig was to make it a gradient like that but it really didn't work out too well....I mean it did but not the way I was planning. When I was done dyeing the wig it was too dark so I darkened the feathers a little XD I am quite happy with it as well. I would have to say it is my favorite wig :3

Forget who though, but I figure, it's my cosplay. He posted it there. And it's mine. I think I have more to bitch about than him at this point. Not that I want to or care. It's just my last line of defense. xD

BAM. But yeah. Styling wigs at a Con is not as much fun as you think. You pretty much become an exhibit. Which usually I don't mind, but that Con made me rethink cosplaying as popular characters it was so overwhelming. I couldn't even take a NAP without people pixing me. IN MY SLEEP. ... Guess it's my own fault for crashing at a Con as Edward though. xB
YEAH ANXIETY. =DDD

Anywho. I may be him at K-Con, but I dunno. I have repairs on the hands, and I have to make a new black shirt. Money. D:

I know the photographer that took that picture it's Al, or Eurobeat King. Excellent photographer, however he's not too stellar about tagging his photos, I can understand though he's busy, goes to almost all the cons he can year round and just takes pictures. Then he has to go home and upload all those pictures to his computer then online, I can only imagine the horror as I used to sit there waiting for hours for my camera to load all my pics to my computer.

I might also wind up getting contacts and a costume at con. Do you recommend it?

@Demon Spawn: Hard plastic. I'll be making new and better ones for the next SakuraCon though. >.O;

@Kawaii Punkd: Oh, I'm not mad at all, I just thought he might be that I didn't credit him... Oh well. xD

I suggest it for SakuraCon, but be careful. I have a good sense about wigs, I actually commission style them. And I don't suggest contacts if you have bad vision naturally. I suggest it only if you have perfect vision. I have horrible eyesight, so the contacts don't really fit in right and slide around somewhat painfully. For me it's worth it for great cosplay though. Not too many of my favorite characters have blue-grey-green eyes. xD
(Changing eyecolors, WHOO. Not. I can never predict what my eye color will be when I cosplay cause it changes with my moods. xD)

I have perfect vision, so no worries there...

I'm just wondering if the same person that was at Sakura will still be at Kumori...

I don't think Al would be too pissed as he takes the time to stamp all his pictures with his logo, if you look in the bottom right hand corner it actually says "Eurobeat King Cosplay.com" If anything you're plugging him when you post one of his pictures~

@Demon Spawn: Kind of, yeah. I had to have help every time we ate or something. They were impossible to work with. I had to have people open doors for me, get my money out for me out of my pocket, and eventually I just had to have someone with me all the time because it was impossible otherwise. People kept going "aww" cause I looked so pathetic. xD
