IF people want to do one it HAS to be done outside. For convention Legality issues. (PM me if you want more info) Not to mention we wouldnt have the space for it indoors.

For the sake of actuality, there's a very large, open, unused field 3 blocks from where the dance will be. I wouldn't exactly recommend it though. The grass is long and unkempt and usually very dry, and the field itself is quite dusty. I've biked by there a few times.

There could be pokemon...probably not.

Anyway, as far as how cold it was tonight, I think if some dancers get warm, all they need to do is step outside for 10 seconds then say "okay, too cold! I'm ready to go back in."

Wow, I didn't even think of that. Bicycles...tall grass...violence. It all makes sense now!

Anyway, I wouldn't really recommend that field; it's not that it's necessarily a creepy field, since it's in a residential area near 3 different schools, but it's just not a particularly thrilling field to do stuff in because it's wild. The ground probably isn't very even and the grass is probably hyperallergenic. Just some things to consider.

Also, minors should remember that there's an 11:15 curfew in Milwaukie, so they shouldn't be leaving the dance any time after 11 unless they're leaving to go home.

Also the fact that if that field is in a neighborhood the neighbors might not like it if a bunch of people are screaming and what not. Plus it might not even be light

Last year their gaming room featured a casino theme with Blackjack, poker and etc. but that was for the "swing dance" theme they had.
