Really for now all you need to say is that you are going to go. That goes with everyone as well. Unless you have some ideas as to things you want to do. A glomp circle is a given, anything else?

glomp circle is an obvious staple. Last time I tried my rock/paper/scissors cosplay war the rules got twisted up. if there's time I may bring a bucket. Like they had at Kumoricon.

Where else could it be held? I mean the only places with cover from rain and stuff would be under one of the bridges or the trees, or meeting at Pioneer place mall or the trade center nearby. Does anyone have any camping picnic tents that they could bring? 1-2 of those would work too.

..........Dood. It's be freezingly cold and wet and muddy outside. -_- I would not want to have a meetup in one of those, nor would I want to wear a cosplay in one of those either.

DUUUUUDE! Not a family camping tent! >_< I'm talking about an open 4 pole picnic cover that you can put up and take down and put the tables and things under. Like the ones people use for booths at the rose festival.

But yeah regardless, it will be cold and windy, so an inside picnic can work.
If it's inside like at Pioneer or Lloyd Center then people won't need to bring food, just money.

Alright I wanted to ask. Can anyone not make it to the 28th? I will be going to a play on the 21st and I could do both but I would have to leave the picnic early.....or we could start it at 10.

So here are your options.

Have the picnic March 28th
March 21st at 11 am
March 21st at 10 am

What would everyone prefer?
