I was on a plane aaaaaaall day yesterday, so yeah. I'm back now though.

I think we should definitely do lots of stuff together during the convention. We hardly ever see each other in real life, and this is our main opportunity. I wouldn't even recognize some of you guys if you walked past me. Since we're a cosplay group, it's nice to get to know each other. Well, I know a lot of you guys already know each other, but as a newer member I don't.>>

Maybe we could meet up at the Masquerade Ball, since a lot of people are going to that?xX

Who all is going to want to participate in the Etoile Contest? I certainly will want to. I also think you should have to be in costume for it, to make it more fun.

The length of the wig is actually longer than it appears in the picture of me with the dress because it's longer in back. Here's one where you can see the full length of the wig.

Isn't it beautiful? I'm not going to try to style it in a ponytail because it's too difficult and I'll tangle the wig more than it already is. :/

I wouldn't be able to do that. By deciding to wear the wedding dress I'm abandoning my hope to make the uniform by k-con so I can focus on summer homework instead.

I think we should do the skit in the panel. We need to practice it. We need to decide what we're going to do for the rounds of the Etoile contest. I want to do the Algorithm March, but unless you guys learn the steps on your own, we won't be able to do it. Although the steps are easy, I won't have that much time to teach you guys. If you guys want to do it, take an hour or so out of your day and use the video as your example. Link to video.

I'd be cool learning the skit and what, as long as we're definitely going to do it, since I haven't started to memorize any of it.
And I was the one who made the Algorithm March. It's on page 206, but I can repost it. If I finish styling my wig today I could make a video of me in Tamao cosplay doing it. My singing voice is terrible, but if it would help, I'd do it.

I do think for the Etoile contest Cassi, as the current Etoile Shizuma, should host it. But we need more people to sign up for it, only Sugarlat and I have, unless I missed someone's post.

It's a lot like the original, with slightly modified movements but mostly modified lyrics, ja?

Yeah, that was the point. I copied the idea of how to do it from a Naruto group that did their own version.
Also, why will doing the skit in our panel be any different? We still haven't practiced at all, so we have no timing or anything, and we don't have any of the skit props. Plus, how much room will there be in our panel room with all the chairs? It might look silly with the characters not on stage all just standing at the sides.

Also, does anyone have tips on how to make my wig stay in Tamao's style? I've been trying it, but it takes a million pins and still falls apart. It's ridiculous.

I just hate for all the work we did to go to waste. It's different in that there's a little more time if we actually wanted to practice. Plus we need to know what we're going to do during the panel. Should I just nix it altogether?

Honestly I'm pretty stressed about this. I'm a little disappointed everything right now, but this is mostly my fault. Dugma ishit...

Our photoshoot. I know some groups are doing theirs in the second floor foyer, so do we want to go and have ours there after the panel? We want to have everyone there, and earlier in the day I know at least Natalie is busy with skit stuff.

We could have a get together sometime after the con and record it and put it on our youtube account. Say it was going to be our skit for k con 09 and that if people think it's funny to be on the lookout for us next year as Shugo Chara.

That way we could do multiple takes if need be and it'll look better. We can use a park that has lots of trees and turn the bushes into trees that we all hide behind?

Just a suggestion. Honestly I think so long as we do something with it it's not going to waste. You know?
