Will a birth cirtificate qualify as ID?

Hey, sorry for the last minute question.  But it's urgent!
There is possibility I won't be able to get my ID for the con (I think I misplaced it somehwhere).  Howeve,r I have a copy of my birth cirtificate, as well as bank transaction slips (think the ones that they send you in the mail to show your balance!).  Would either of those work as ID?

I'm pretty sure that the birth circificate will work...but then again I'm not 100% sure but I'm pretty sure that it will

They aren't photo ID, so I'm not sure.  If you had another photo ID and a B.C. it might work . . .
