Lol... Well I think u could pull off Cosplay Fish eye because she does look a lot like girl. I actually thought she was a girl the whole time till I watched it in it's original Japanese dub with English sub I found out it was a dude cross dressing

Lol I'm with you Jeimi. I'm the same, I wanna cosplay Ann super bad but I've got different costumes that take more priority right now ^^; and Abe I've added you as Tigers eye.

Also since our my groups Queen beryl wont be able to make it this year and our Black lady is having costume malfunctions. The queens of Darkness will be held off for another year or so however me and my partner are still doing Sailor Neptune and Uranus.

If everything turns out right as well I'll be bringing a very special Cosplay with me. Mermaid Michiru. And along with me will be my Pirate Haruka. Ill be buying the tail hopefully soon and it is swimmable.

I'm super excited because this is a cosplay I've always wanted to do.

Yea, I guess I'll just have to see. Kumori and Aki are my big female cosplay cons so..Right now I only have Lolita stuff, and a few things for a Jessie (pokemon black&white version) cosplay..At least this year I should have a few, then aki con I'll have more, so I may be able to squeeze Ann into the mix next year..

Understandable.

This year will most likely be my last time crossplaying (Sailor Neptune will end my career), however I have a couple of cases that I'd be willing to make exceptions for (Lina Inverse being the most probable).

I'm getting old, and I am now a father. I feel that I ought to be a father figure as much as I can, and part of that is to not cross dress, at least in my mind.

Yes, Lina is the main character from The Slayers franchise.

I think it is fine for you to cross-dress around your son. As long as it isn't lewd and sexual. Of course at con young people will take it that way.

A father needs to show his son what it means to be a man. Perhaps once there's been enough groundwork for that laid out, I will reconsider it. This is my decision, as a parent.

No offense, but I think that is because you were raised differently than I was. You also didn't grow up as a boy who had no male role-model until his teen years. I am what my son will see as the ideal man, at least in his early years in life. I'd like to keep it that way, and in a positively-effective way. Once he sees what the differences are between a man and not a man, I think it would be okay to "play pretend" around him.

As for the topic of the thread... I may have a problem. I can't find one of my gloves or the choker. I'm sure that it's somewhere in my apartment, but it's location is a mystery.

So my Sailor Uranus has her cosplay all finished now shes just waiting for her Tiara to come in the mail. And Mine will be finished as soon as I order my outfit next month. I want to give myself a little more time before ordering it so I can work on my weight loss. Tho I may drag the limit out longer possibly into July. Since the only reason I'd order it in may is to where it to the world beat festival this year xp. But Fem ash will do.

I got them from Catzia but it wasn't really the shoes fault as it was my own because I already had mangled feet beforehand from going to hawaii and getting blisters <.< But also my feet are too wide lol so I might get new shoes for her but I think I think they will be just fine as long as I don't wear them for three days straight and thank you for adding me

tiara soda can:

make a temp-let with paper and try on in front of mirror. wash out soda can. trace temp-let onto can and cut out carefully with kitchen sheers. wash again. spray paint gold add gem. use spirit gum or sticky tape to keep on forehead.

you could also add a string on for the edges but my attempt didnt work =/

oooh all heels. I remember Kumoricon 2011. I wore heels all 3 days and our hotel was 15 minutes away. not fun. I was unable to walk pretty much the whole 3rd day! In prep wear bandaids! and extra cushioning! And as for the poking butts remember to be respectful and ask first ^^'

This year might be my very first Kumoricon! (Which is hilarious considering I live a lot closer to Portland and Vancouver than Seattle.)

I am so happy to see so many Sailormoon cosplayers attending! I'm working on Super Sailor Saturn and an improved S Saturn right now, which will both be finished before the summer. If I do get to go (I'll know fairly soon), I'll bring both, and likely the Messiah of Silence for when I need a rest from the boots. To get kind of an idea what the Saturns will look like, since I want to wait until I complete the new interchangable leotard to get photos of them, this is S Saturn 1.0. Pretty much the big changes that I did to it was replacing the buckling interfacing in the shoulder petals with craft foam (works AMAZINGLY), remade the hip roll so it tapers to the center of the V, fit the collar to the neckline better, and made bust armor using the Sparkle Pipsi Sailor Fuku tutorial method.

It's really great to meet you all! :3 And even if I can't make it this year, I believe I will next year.

Yeah, Saturn boots are really difficult to find decent. x_x I got lucky with my boots, but I'm rather miffed they appear to have been discontinued. But I found a couple pairs that look rather decent (personally I'd request a piece of the same vinyl be glued to the back of the heel to match the boots like they did with some of their pumps, but I'm weird):
