^{ok here are my measurements:
waist: 26
bust: 33
height: 5'3

For the skirt length, I want it slightly above my knees. Would I start measuring from my waist to my knee?}

Measure exactly how long you would like the skirt to be. I'll add inches for the hem and all that myself.

Hmmm... The apron I could definitely do, but for the jumper-thing, I wouldn't be able to do the top. I'm still learning how to do fitted tops that actually fit right, but if you're willing to have the jumper be two pieces (a separate top and bottom) then I can make the bottoms, since they look just like bloomers.
But yeah the apron I could totally do, I'll just need slightly more specific measurements than a normal apron.

Let's see...
For the apron, I'd need the following measurements:
-waist measurement
-bust measurement
-how long the front of the apron needs to be
-how long the straps need to be
-how long the skirt of the apron needs to be (including the ruffle)

And for the bloomers I'd need these measurements:
-waist measurement
-length the bloomers need to be (including leg band)
-thigh measurment

Waist: 26.5 inches
Bust: 31 inches
Front of Apron: 17 inches
Straps: 16 inches
Skirt: 13.5 inches

Bloomers

Waist: 26.5 inches
Length of Bloomers: 12 inches (W/o leg band) 17 inches (with leg band)
Thigh: 36.5 inches

(My dog killed my tape measurement, so I had to use a ruler -.- )

I have two questions-
1. How did you measure yourself with a ruler? That sounds a bit unreliable unless you took a string or ribbon, put it around yourself, and then measured that.
2. Did you measure both thighs? You just need to measure around one thigh (unless they're slightly different measurements, I know mine are around an inch difference) so I know how long to make the legholes.

Also I don't think I ever quoted you for a price, so here's what the costs should be:
$26 for the bloomers, $25 for the apron. There are some complicated pieces to both, so I've added a few dollars on to each. However, I'll try to make everything as accurate as I possibly can plus I'll use nice fabric for both the apron and bloomers so they aren't transparent.
Does this sound good to you?

Washington Square is good, pretty much any mall in Portland works for me. I actually am glad you don't have close date set, because I need to buy the fabric which requires money, and I don't have any to spend right now hahaha.

I'm back from MEWcon and I have some things left over to sell.
I'll take pictures shortly, but here's a list of what I have:

-Felt keychains (lollipops, cotton candy, cookies) $4 each or 3 for $10
-Bow hair clips (only a few left in limited fabric but if people want them, I'll make more) $1 each
-Picture frames (two available) $5 each
-Rings (cookies and whipped cream) $3 each

Also noting that my commissions should be picking up with college applications and MEWcon out of the way.
