Okay. When most of the things are planned out (especially time), I can say for sure, etc.

I might be bringing three (maybe 5) people, all of which can text. Two of which want to be partners and one wants to go as Beat. Beat is iffy, but she'd want Hazu's help with the cosplay (like I said many times), and the others would be OCs thast lucky me, I get to design. D: yadaaaa. Oh well. I love them.

Oh, you had a friend that wanted to be Beat? *_* I kinda gave up on making it for Luke, since I can't afford the supplies anymore, but if your friend would be willing to pitch in to buy the main parts, I could help with some of the accessories.... I think.

Well, er, most of it you can just find at thrift stores, I suppose. The wristband, I don't know where to buy studs for, so you could probably pick one up from Hottopic or something that looks similar *_*;
I already have the pendant, and I'm halfway done with the hat. I can bring those to the meetup, no charge. Dana has a chain for the pendant I think, but if you can find a cheap, light chain for the necklace, that could work. Easy to find one right now with all the costume stores~

For the shoes, it'd be easiest to make them with a pair of slip-ons, craft foam, and twill or canvas. When I did mine, there was absolutely no sewing involved, (lul hotglue ftw!) so you could tackle it yourself if you want~ xD
Or you could have her give me the shoes somehow, and 5 bucks for supplies/labor/the chain thing on Beat's pants.

I doubt it'd be legal to use it in the mall. o-o Even outside near the mall it's probably not allowed. It might get in the way if you have to carry it, so... Well, it's your choice if you wanna do that xP
