Well that's sort of a given. Though the farther you get, the cheaper it gets too. I've got a car, so I'm thinking I can just park at a meter close to the hotel (Portland's got so many parking meters, it's kinda weird), and then me or someone in my group can run out every hour or so to check on it.
Least that's what I was thinking. If it's close enough, I (we) could just walk too.
Cheapness of hotel is gonna be a big thing for me.
