Exhibitor Area

Update: Due to the postponement of Kumoricon 2020, by default, all exhibitor booths that have been paid for Kumoricon 2020 will be automatically rolled over to the 2021 convention. If you would like to do this, you do not need to take any action. Those who allow their booth to roll over to 2021 will be given a free booth tier upgrade where applicable, by request only and on a first-come, first-served basis. Those who cannot attend the 2021 dates and would like a refund can request one by August 16, 2020, by emailing the KumoriMarket team at exhibits@kumoricon.org. We are still accepting exhibitor applications.

Exhibitor Information

The KumoriMarket Exhibitor Area provides space to retailers and other dealers selling a wide range of goods at the convention.

Applications are now open and will close on or before Sunday, October 10, 2021, at 11:59pm Pacific Time. Applications may close early if all spots are filled.

We will notify applicants as they are accepted throughout the application period, so earlier applicants are given greater consideration.

If you have already signed and paid as a pre-registered exhibitor at Kumoricon 2019, you do not need to apply using this form unless instructed to by KumoriMarket management.

2021 booth rate options

  • $700 per 10-ft by 10-ft Premium booth. Premium booths are located with the closest proximity to the KumoriMarket entrance/exit, in comparison to all exhibitor booths. Sold out!
  • $650 per 10-ft by 10-ft Standard booth. Standard booths are located in the middle sections of the Exhibitor area, but are not in close proximity to the KumoriMarket entrance/exit or along the back walls.
  • $550 per 10-ft by 10-ft Discount booth. Discount booths are located along the back walls of the KumoriMarket and are the furthest from the entrance/exit.
  • $50 additional fee per corner booth. A corner booth is any booth that has walls on at most two of its four sides.
  • $100 additional fee per endcap booth. Endcap booths are two corner booths.
  • No additional fee per inline booth. An inline booth is any booth that has walls on at most three of its four sides.

To comply with legal requirements, all exhibitors are required to have a Portland Business License. Temporary registrations are available.

Social media links are acceptable.
Pricing Choices
The exact price will be based on booth tier.

We will place you in the highest tier that you select, if available. Applications requesting only sold-out booth tiers will not be accepted.

If so, you may qualify to get your booths at our pre-registration discount of $50 off per booth.

Maximum of 4, subject to availability. This will add $50 per available corner booth.

Cellular reception within the hall can be limited during open hours. We offer access to our exhibitor-only Wi-Fi for $10 for all convention days, and if ordered, will be added to your invoice. Please note that Wi-Fi bandwidth is limited and only meant for low-usage activity such as financial transactions, and may have device restrictions—see the FAQ for details.

We now offer parking at the I-5 parking lot directly across from the loading docks. The additional cost is $80 for parking from Thursday morning to Sunday evening, with unlimited in-out privilege. There is no height restriction in this lot, so it is ideal for larger vehicles.

Additional advertising and sponsorship opportunities are available. Please email industry@kumoricon.org for more information.

Booth Information
Please describe your booth setup, including any preferences regarding:
  • What orientation you would like your booths in (straight line, 2x2 block, L-shape, etc.)
  • A link to a photo of your booth (optional)
  • Where in the hall you would prefer to be located (closest to entrance/exit within your tier section, in middle, back rows, near restrooms, etc.) Bear in mind that we will assume you wish to be as close to the KumoriMarket entrance/exit as possible unless you note otherwise.
Please note that fan art is not allowed in the Exhibitor Area; please see the FAQ for details.

Please be aware that the Oregon Convention Center charges a $500-per-day fee for consumables vending.
