No Szayel cosplayer there yet, though, and I don't recall seeing one this year, though that doesn't mean much ... I was a bit space-cadet at the time.

Probably will only wear it for one day though becaus of the tatts. Well hope its a good enough cosplay. This is the first con I've been to thats well by my standards big. Well take care and cant wait to see you guys there. I will be happy that I finally have a group of Bleach cosplayers I can take pics with. So I guess what it comes down to is would you rather have a Grimmjow or me in my Renji for photo's if I can tag along >.<! Hope to hear back from you guys soon.

I really hope my Pantera costume comes out as bad ass as I think it will. Got myself some werewolf bites so I can make my canines more pronounced and a bunch of other stuff that should just put the finishing touches on it to make it worth while. *prays to the cosplay gods for this to turn out and not be epic fail*

Ive been doing that character at Fanime..but I always end up being jealous of the other Renjis since Im used to cosplaying as him. Oh Im soo torn.

Well, it's settled: I will definitely be going as young Byakuya. My friend is going as Ulqui-fight hollow Ichigo, (if he can finish in time -- I'm thinking there's a 75% probability), and another friend is either going as Aizen (arrancar arc) or Gin. Probably Aizen, though.

I am working on a list of times and places for photo shoots during the con and I plan on giving it to the staff next Friday so they can make a big copy to display at the info booth and I don't have anything for bleach. The photoshoot wasn't too good,

people showed up which made me happy, I was there,(WOO!) I got some pictures which was good, I was hoping to get a group shot but...was a bit nervous, If you saw a Aaroneiro with no mask along with some other espada(Luppi.Grimmjow, Szayel, and Noiitra), that was me along with my friends, If you want you'll probably find me on the third day as a Rukia, I'll have a Chappy, glove, and a Sode no shirayuki. Hope to see you and thank you those of you who showed up! I just was a better way to publicfly.

I would've liked to have pitched in-- I've really been trying to get out there more, pitch in more, group up more and be more outgoing in hopes of finally making some pals; but unfortunately the shoot just completely slipped my mind. >>;;
Well, maybe another time. I'm sure there will be plenty of Bleach cosplayers for many times to come, heh...
Could even have an event sometime during the year. Would be kind of fun to have a picnic or even just hang out or something with a few people in Bleach cosplay. "They Soul Reaper/Arancar/Human's day off" or something.

We should have maybe given it more time...it was a little underwhelming, there were some excellent cosplayers there, but it was basically like, let's snap a couple of group shots! And then we dispersed and I proceeded to take goofy pictures with my friends (Hitsugaya and Hollow Ichigo)

I did see your group around a lot afterwards (your kids are sooooo cute! <3) My gf (dressed as Hitsugaya) got a shot with the little Hitsugaya. ^^ We haven't uploaded pics yet, but we will share.

(I was dressed as Gin in his Captain's outfit, hanging around with a Hitsugaya.)

We kept seeing random awesome Bleach cosplayers the rest of the weekend when we weren't wearing our Bleach costumes and cried a little on the inside, lol...

Yes, we're actually really looking forward to Aki-- I'm going as Gin again and she is going to be Izuru. ^_^ Yay, I get to have me a vice-captain!!

We really enjoyed Aki last year and after the chaotic Kumoricon, I think the small con is going to be a very welcome thing. ^^; We had a lot of fun, but felt overwhelmed at times.
