The schedule has been sent to staff. I will still add things but the new information will only be able to be seen online, it will not be with the list at the info booth

Friday

FF/KH PJ party - 8pm meet at 2nd floor foyer

Saturday

FMA - 10 am in the park blocks
Vocaloid - 11am meet on Second Floor
Deathnote - 1pm Fountain Plaza
Final fantasy - 1pm @ Fountain plaza
Bleach - 1 @ pioneer square
Pokemon - 2pm meet in the second floor foyer then move to Waterfront Park
Dead or Alive - 2pm meet in front of the hotel
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya - 3pm meet in front of the hote
Tales of Abyss - 3pm meet in front of hotel
Soul Eater - around 3 Fountain Plaza
YuYu Hakusho - 4pm Meet in the second floor foyer
Dragon Ball - 5pm @ the park blocks
Ouran - 5pm Meet at the Rounds
Persona - 6 pm meet on the 2nd floor
Hellsing - 6pm meet in the second floor foyer

Here is a map of the area. Fountain Plaza and the park blocks are on Salmon and Park a block to the left of the big red square (the hotel)

Baccano! will be on Saturday, also it looks like the location of the Pokemon gathering will be in Waterfront Park if we could include that. I'll narrow it down to what part of the huge park exactly when I go see which part is closest to the hotel.

Alright I added it. The waterfront is a good walk from the hotel. I think it would be a great place for pictures though.

Not too bad, it's only like 6 blocks, but I'm used to walking everywhere. There's another small park only like 3 blocks from the hotel but I think that would be a little cramped for our 40+ people in the Pokemon Gathering.

EDIT: Also to any people in charge of con things that look at this, at Sakuracon they put the time and place of the meet-ups in the schedules which was really nice for people who don't browse the forums or are directly involved in planning it. Do you think this could happen for Kumoricon?

We are doing a Code Geass Photoshoot some time on Sunday morning before the Cosplay Skit practice because one of the girls are in them. I will update you when we have a time.

We still have a lot of characters that we are missing so if you or anyone you know is going as a character from Code Geass please tell them to visit the forum titled: Code Geass '09.

If you could just say that meetup is at two in the lobby and transferring to the park. I'm not quiet sure what part of the park we're going to end up at and it's pretty big so I don't want anyone wandering down there and not being able to find anyone.

I don't see how that is any different from the one I have on the first page, the only thing is that some of them are missing because people aren't posting here and that mine has bullets.

Thanks for letting me know about the others though.

I also wanted to keep the KH and Organization together because they are from the same series, I think it would be more confusing to see them separated than it would be to see them together.

I'd warn you ahead of time, unless your photoshoot is at midnight or some time when most people are asleep, you may not be able to do a shoot there. There will be too much constant traffic in the area to block off an entire staircase.

This is just my thoughts on it, though. I have been wrong before, heh.

4 'o clock for Baccano!. Place is still TBA. I wanted to do it at Pioneer Square but I've been forewarned not to do things there. Does anyone else know of any places in or around the hotel that have the same feel as Pioneer Square?
