I would beg all 13 of our kitties for forgiveness.

What would you do if there were no center of a tootsie pop the one time you decided to count how many licks it would take?

I would sue the company but try again

WWYD if you were given a chance to either go back in time and change/visit your past or go forward in time and see what your future is going to be like?

I would keep my own room as a foothold up to the last possible moment, until I found out that they had suitable room for me (not stuffing 9 people into every inch on the floor), then cancel my own and switch over to theirs to save money that could be applied to other con-related use.

(something I plan on doing next year)

WWYD if you had no money for a room at all and had to choose between leaving the con at 11 PM, an hour after the rave started, to catch the last bus that you could take home, and staying all night long to catch the next bus at 5 AM, enduring lack of sleep, and cold? Also the bus stop is on the other side of the river, across a long freeway bridge.

^ I would probably go at 11.... It's too dangerous to wait all that time without a room. Or find a floor to crash on.

Steal an old sailing ship and fight my former first mate as two undead skeletons...until my friend throws the last medallion in the chest and breaks the curse.

WWYD if you got to field test the world's first actual energy blade lightsaber?

(I'm afraid of what people will do to me, because I'm not a republican and and I don't support Donald Trump.)

^ I'd be excited and nervous.

^ Good gawd, I'm SO glad I watched something ELSE after finishing 'Knights of Sidonia.'
So, if my wife came along then we'd make the best of it in that world. It's a 4-coma 'slice of life,'
and we'd be much older than  the characters and probably wouldn't interact with them.
If I came over alone, I'd probably find a church and pray for my lonely wife.

V If you got to enact or repeal ONE nation-wide federal law in your country, and it would get automatically passed and all that,
what would you do?

^ I'd make marijuana legal on a federal level.

V What would you do, if you found yourself in the middle of a "Anti Trump" protest, that suddenly turned into a full blown riot?

^
www.woodpilereport.com has most wise advice: "Stay Away From Crowds."
This is like Rory Miller's best martial arts technique for bar fights - not to have gone to that bar in the first place.
Situational awareness is key. Do not let curiosity lure you to wonder what an urban commotion is about.
Stay Away From Crowds.
We were planning on going to a fan meet-up in SE PDX this afternoon but we are canceling that and staying home tonight instead.

This question has been bandied about A LOT in survival/prepper forums and gun-fan forums:
http://www.activeresponsetraining.net/mob-mentality-escaping-from-riots-and-flash-mobs
http://offgridsurvival.com/riots/
http://prepperswill.com/surviving-during-riots-and-flash-mobs/
http://survivallife.com/10-tips-to-escape-a-riot/

For other riots, or flash violence, your tactical decision to escape the area depends on the trigger issue of the riot:
- a police encounter turns deadly as rumors are spread that a 'protected class' person is shot, tazed, arrested, or killed...
- a food riot triggered by a network outage causing EBT cards to fail in a heavily SNAP-dependent neighborhood
- a city's sports team losing a final season playoff
- a panicked crowd fleeing a formerly peaceful event or activity (outdoor concert, shopping in a crowded mall) suddenly fleeing an active shooter

If you are with friends, stay together, name close-by landmarks aloud and tell each other where you are headed.
Just like swimming in a rip-tide, feel the direction of motion of the crowd, but then move crosswise to it toward which ever side is less dense of people.
Do not try to get ahead of the wave, you might end up part of a mass arrest if the riot had a criminal cause; do not try to move upstream against the crowd because they may be fleeing something even worse.

It cannot be overstated that not being there in the first place is amazingly effective.
I have all my front teeth to prove this.

V   What will your next con or fan gathering be?
