Boot-Camp attempt 2

Now that it is getting closer and closer to Sakuracon I thought I might try to have a boot camp again. I was thinking about having it in Tigard. There is a nice little park behind my house that is a great place to work out. It has a bunch of trails to run through and many things to use for strength training. Also my house is just up the hill from it where I have a lot of stuff to use as well, and water :P

I was thinking maybe having one next Sunday or the Sunday after that. So either the 18th or the 25th. During this I planed on running doing a little bt of strength training and some goal setting. It would also be nice to have other people there to hear your goals and give you ideas on how to accomplish them.

If anyone is interested let me know, also give your opinion on the date as well :3

18th might be achievable. Is this open to anyone? If so...Private Donut reporting for Basic! *salutes*

Well, the 18th I'll be at the workshop and/or at my LARP group that day. maybe next month.

I really don't do a lot of exercising at home....but I guess if you wanted to I could ;D
