No, in like the 3rd episode when Lulu uses geass on Kallen and she tells him that she's half his reaction is something like "her too?". Lulu would never succeed the Brittannian throne anyways v.v

that is true. I just thought its interesting that they have it in Japan rather then elsewhere. you likely know more then I do either way.
