I ran into this on the boards over at Dominic Deegan and thought it would be fun to import here!

The idea is that someone begins the story with three words, and each subsequent poster adds three words (not one, not two, not four and five is right out! ^_^) to the story. It can be as random as you like, but it's usually best to keep things at least in some kind of readable sequence. You can end a sentence and start a new one at any time.

EXAMPLE:
(taken from a random point in the middle of the DD boards' story)

Suddenly, the ninjas
asked Jacob to
get them sushi.
But Jacob said
"yes master." Jacob
got on his
flame sprouting mini-dragon
fish hat. He
laughed mightily and
wondered why he
wasn't wearing pants.

...you get the idea. So, let the tale begin!
