Baccano! Cosplay question.

OK so I'm seriously considering cosplaying Rail Tracer from Baccano! Here's a screenshot. Warning, possible spoiler http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/hh133/Squishee69/RailTracer.jpg Is this going to be inappropriate or will it be acceptable? And just an FY for your I, those aren't red wine stains in case it wasn't incredibly obvious enough :P

EDIT: Sorry about the poor quality on the screenshot, I had to take it with my phone because my computer is being stupid...

As long as it is not real blood then you will be fine. Fake blood is ok for costumes as long as you meet all of the other requirements.

OK thanks. I knew about fake blood but I wasn't sure if that amount was OK, but now I do :) Now to try and find a cheap white suit :(
